Your Mind is your best friend.

Don't think of your thoughts as orders, but as suggestions. In the present moment, my mind suggests I am tired. This implies that I should give up. It is telling me to choose a simpler path. Stay alive and remember that everything is still possible as long as I am alive.

Taking a moment to ponder my thought process, however, can reveal new insights. Once I have completed this work, my mind predicts that I will feel very satisfied. As long as I follow the schedule, I am showing respect for the identity I am building. It is suggesting that I am able to complete this task, no matter how low my motivation may be.

there must be a lot of bad suggestions but Remember, none of these suggestions are orders. They are merely options. I have the power to choose which option I follow.

Think about why you started.

Establishing a goal begins with identifying all the reasons for which you wish to achieve it, which is one of the most important steps. When you discover that your "why" for a given goal is not strong enough, it is probably better to abandon it. When it comes down to it, your reason for pursuing your goals is what will keep you motivated, even when they seem impossible to achieve.

you are stronger than you think.

There are times when you might think privately that you cannot handle the pressure. Persistence is the key. Doing the same thing over and over again is not enough. Trying different approaches is the only way to learn what works. Imagine that you have tried 69 things and none of them work. Is there anything 70th you want to try? As long as you keep trying different things, the 69 failures have almost no bearing on the success of the following one. Never forget that moment you thought you didn't have a chance of surviving, but you are here, now, and alive.

There is a very good quote from the movie Tekken that

A person only loses when he wants.

It’s Not Enough, Instant success is a myth.

Those raised in an era of instant gratification have led to the belief that everyone should have everything they want. People assume successful people got there overnight, but in reality, it took hard work and a lot of failures to get there. Those who focus on the destination do not see the journey, and they believe they don't need to work hard to get it.

I will decide my own future.

By Benjamin Davies on Unsplash

If you close your eyes and visualize your future self, then you will never lose hope. Whatever your current success or failure is, don't let it dictate your future. Your habits determine whether you are on the path to success or not. Rather than focusing on your current results, you should focus mainly on your current trajectory. The only thing we can control is our preparation and effort, not luck. Every now and then, we are all blessed with good fortune.

Remember.

It has never been easier to live than now. Three hundred years ago, if you didn't kill your own food and build your own house, you would die. Today, we complain that we forgot the iPhone charger. We should not let this opportunity pass us by. It is not a dress rehearsal. Every moment of your life is equally important to you. Put your best foot forward. Good Work Once Done Will Never Be Regretted Change Your Life, but Not Your Whole Life Change Your Life Without Changing the Whole Life.

Enjoy every single day of your life because you will achieve more or less someday but you will never get this life back.
