Cut out negative thoughts, words and actions 100%.

Things happen. And things happen to ALL OF US.

I am very sorry for all the negative things and unfair circumstances that happen.

Take it one thing at a time and do what needs to be done and move on.

Just deal with things as that is our "job".

Cut out "poor me, oh look what happened to me and this always happens to me, please everyone cry a river over me" mentality and move into "bad things can happen to good people to strengthen their character and catapult into a new level of confidence".

Not a day passes that I wish to have a negativity filter. So, that I can strain out all the negative juices that ooze out of the people and not let any of that to be heard by my ears or seen by my eyes. And if only - just if only I could help open the eyes and awaken the souls, snap the spirits and uplift the hearts for the better to show everyone that is so distraught, negative, sad and miserable that it is a phase. It is a phase for us to grow into a better us. After all we live in a no pain no gain world. To a degree all things need stress - a good amount of stress to become something more of themselves. Like a seed underground. Must break out of its protective cover after swelling with water. Bursting out of that comfort zone towards a bloom.

Take every setback as your soul blooming into a new layer of character. Adding a newer polish layer of a better you. With this mindset, everything is all well. After all we are never given anything that we can't handle and if we think that we can't that's when the battle is lost and the winning side is never us.

Don't that be you. Change your energy, change your life. Change your mindset, change your future. Leave all negative thoughts and channel everything into positive thinking. Can you take up that challenge? Everything! There is nothing that can't be viewed this way.

It takes a bit training of the mind. Make it a game. Any time and every time a negative thought flies in - an God knows how many millions of times that happens - delete and replace. Actively, intentionally, strong-willingly do this. And see the change. The resilience to build and grow and become unbeatable.

Stay strong, be brave, keep kindness in heart, follow truth and be the best you that can possibly be.
