Mornings can be very dreadful, tedious, and rough to some people. Sometimes getting out of bed can seem like a big task. Well, I am here to help you get some tips under your belt so that the mornings are a little smoother and a little happier and a little bit easier. Hopefully, this can make the early hours easier for you and the people around you.

One thing is you can do is set your alarm farther away from your bed so that forces you to get up and start moving, you have zero excuses to go back into bed. It also helps you to not press snooze and go back to sleep 500 hundred times and helps run late a lot less. Remember, getting up as soon as your alarm goes off, gives for a few more minutes to get ready and in your day. Get up, turn the light on and get going. I promise this will give you a lot more time in the morning and in your day.

Working out or mediating in the morning is a huge benefit not only to your day but your mental and physical health. You do not have to do both, but doing whichever one can put you in a great headspace and in a positive mood about the day. It can give that energy and that kick that you need to get through your routine and your day. It can really set the mood and your energy for that day. Do what you need that will bring peace to your morning and your day. This is all about you, think of your happiness. Also, if you do not want to do it in the morning this can also fit well into your evening and night routine as well.

Take your time in the morning. Do not rush because then you will be rushing throughout your day. Take a moment to make sure that you have everything and that everything is done. Taking care of yourself in the morning can cause you to take care of yourself better during your work day. This about you and increasing your time, make sure you do everything you need to do and all your ducks are in a row for your day to run smoothly.

Before doing any of this, set a routine and make sure it caters to all your needs. Sitting down and creating a routine for yourself can let you know what you really need to make sure you are whole enough to start your day, you cannot have a great day by running on an empty or half full tank. Set out what you need and write it down. It can cause your day to go a lot smoother each and every day. Do not set things to someone else’s timeline, make it to your own schedule and how you want your morning and your day to turn out.

Expect to be late some days, you are not perfect, you are human. Do not think every day is going to go perfect and you are going to wake up every day happy and ready to get going once you jump out of bed. Some days you are going to wake up angry, mad, or still tired. Plan for those days as well and once you do that you might feel like you did not miss out on your full routine even though you did not get through everything you need, make sure the made things are in your ‘running late routine’ as well. Remember to be patient with yourself, you are still learning and growing.
