Mind composure for success

Focus well!

By The Breatharian BloggerPublished 2 years ago 3 min read

The mind is like a home that has its windows and doors wide open, and there is nothing to prevent or filter out the information that enters. There is no restriction placed on the ideas, anxieties, or fears that may enter, reside there, occupy attention, or upset the mind. The mental home and the thoughts that occur inside it are completely out of one's control in this scenario.

When these circumstances are met, the mind opens up completely to any and all ideas, thoughts, words, and recommendations that originate from the outside world, including people, the media, and other sources. This is how things have always been for the vast majority of people. However, there are some people who are looking for a means to shut the doors and windows of their minds in order to stop ideas that are unneeded, pointless, or bad from dominating them and draining their time and energy.

If you know how to lock and unlock the doors and windows of your mind, you'll be able to stop worrying and thinking about things that aren't vital to your well-being. You will have the ability to choose the times at which you will think and the times at which you will not think.

It may seem to be an unattainable objective to have the ability to shut all of the windows and doors in one's head. However, if one is determined and has the appropriate instruction, one may at least partly accomplish this goal. Even a little amount of skill may be quite an accomplishment and lead to a lot of gratifying experiences.

My book, which is titled Calm Down the Nonstop Chatter of Your Mind, discusses this subject at length and offers advice on how to shut the doors of the mind. The majority of people are unaware of the fact that it is possible to quiet the mind and shut off both its doors and windows. Because of the introspection that is required, even if they were aware of this possibility, it is unlikely that very lot would be done about it. The capacity to shut one's mental doors and windows at will carry with it a wealth of benefits, including the achievement of inner calm, improved concentration, and a more perceptive mind.

You do not need to be concerned since you will soon lose the capacity to think. On the contrary, you'll notice that your thinking becomes clearer and more concentrated. To have mental control and to be able to command one's thoughts, one must be able to shut the doors of the mind. Your capacity to choose the ideas you want to think about and sidestep the ones you do not want will develop in tandem with your increased concentration and inner fortitude.

When you have this capacity properly developed, other individuals, events, and situations won't be able to affect your emotions and state of mind in the same way they used to. You are able to maintain your composure and not be perturbed by the myriad of events and scenarios that arise in your life.

Concentration, or the skill of being able to concentrate one's attention, is the most crucial technique for avoiding negative, unpleasant, and useless ideas and shutting the doors and windows of the mind. This gives you complete control over your mental state. As your capacity to concentrate on one thing rises, so does your capacity to block out distracting or unwelcome ideas when they try to enter your consciousness. It is correct that doing so will cost both work and time, but the benefits will be substantial. When you conquer your mind, you take a significant step toward becoming the master of your life.
