Gwen was forty-six years old. She came from a poor family, given many things in life, but had been in the service to make a living. She had made a lot of miscalculations and mistakes along the way. She had come close to being arrested during her rebellion. She came from a life of hard knocks and had envisioned a life of helping others. She struggled hard, worked harder, and indebted herself to further her education. She shelled out countless long nights and thousands of dollars for a phycology degree. After getting her degree she excitedly went to work. Her excitement was short-lived. She watched week after a week her clients' problems and day and after she felt as though she was making little to no progress. Feeling their burdens she quickly became overwhelmed.

Gwen was a woman of faith, although, she still struggled with her emotions. She was feeling of little importance. She was scared. She was scared for her clients. She was feeling sad and discouraged. On her way to work one day, she made a little detour to stop for coffee. While stopping for coffee she decided to use the bathroom. She sat on the toilet trying to settle her emotions. She asked for a sign of what to do. After gathering her self she proceeded to wash her hands. She looked down and saw a little black book. She quickly picked the book up to cheek for ownership so she could return it. She began to read.

Gwen chuckled a little and thought, "what are the of the chances? " She thought to herself and replied, "okay, I hear you." She walked out of the restroom paid for her coffee and continued to work. She started on day one and walked the steps. Patient after patient came in the first week and continued day by day after. She continued to follow her journey. She finally realized her gift was helping people. She was meant to open her own house of healing. She dusted herself off not knowing what the future held. Feeling driven, she went to the bank.
