Happiness is a state of mind or an emotional response characterized by satisfaction, contentment, joy, and pleasure. The term can refer to the experience itself, or to the circumstances that produce it. It has been identified as one of the most important factors in human life.

There is no one definition of happiness, but it is generally considered to be a combination of positive emotions, such as contentment, joy, and pleasure. These emotions may be experienced in relation to oneself, one’s environment, or other people.

The American Heritage Dictionary defines happiness as “a state of mental well-being characterized by contentment, joy, and pleasure.” The Oxford English Dictionary defines happiness as “a state of mind in which one is satisfied with what has happened or is happening, or is optimistic about the future.”

It is believed that happiness is essential for a healthy mind and body. Studies have shown that people who are happy are more likely to live longer.There are many benefits of being happy in life. A happy person is more likely to be successful in life. They are also more likely to have positive relationships with others. Here are five benefits of being happy:

1. You are more likely to be successful in life.

If you are consistently happy, you are more likely to be successful in life. A study by the Harvard Business Review found that happy people are more likely to be successful than unhappy people. They are more likely to be promoted at work, make more money, and have more satisfied customers.

2. You are more likely to have positive relationships with others.

People who are happy are more likely to have positive relationships with others. They are more likely to be friends with people who are happy, and they are more likely to be happy themselves. They are also more likely to be happy in their relationships.

3. You are more likely to have a positive attitude.

People who are happy tend to have more positive attitude because they have less negative feelings such as envy, irritation, and so on and it makes other to like them easier.

And here are the ways to become more happy:

1. Take time for yourself every day.

Whether it’s taking a fifteen minute walk, reading your favorite book, taking a nap, or just doing something that you enjoy, make sure you give yourself some time to relax and recharge.

2. Set goals for yourself and work towards them.

When you have goals in mind, you’re more likely to work towards them and be happy with the results.

3. Spend time with loved ones.

One of the best ways to be happy is to spend time with the people you love. Whether it’s going on a picnic with your friends or just watching a movie together, spending time with loved ones is sure to make you happy.

4. Give back to the community.

When you give back to the community, you’re helping others and you’re also giving yourself a sense of satisfaction. When you do something good for others, it makes you

So, those are the 4 points that i want to share to you guys to become a happier person in life. And also, one principle that I always remeber is "there must always a benefit for 2P in our happiness" and those 2P are People, and Planet(it talks about environment) because if not I'm afraid that the pleasure we have is built on the suffering of others.
