Ways to help yourself.
Did type your life problem into google? Don’t worry, I do that too. In fact, I think everyone has at some point. Something catastrophic happens, and we can’t see an immediate solution. So, who do we turn to? Your family might be overseas, and your best friend is having troubles of their own. Who is left? Well, google. So here I am - Miss Internet, coming to you from cyberspace, offering you a few brief words which will hopefully cheer you up, and get up, out of the small hole you dug in the closest bingable sugar product.

Sit Still, Look Pretty
Do you ever get to a point in your day, where if One. More. Person. Tells you that you would look prettier if you smiled, you will knock them back to the Stone Age? Hey! Same here! The bad news is that the” smile” line is part of a much deeper issue that I like to refer to as ”The Box”

Do Simple Better.
How often is it nowadays that we see people overreact to things? You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that people are overreacting to nearly everything on a daily basis. All you have to do is simply turn on the news(Yikes I said it) or open up your favorite social media app. Overreaction is all around us. Sometimes overreaction and outrage are justified, sure. But 9.9/10 it is better to be cool, calm, and collective. Or level-headed as I like to say. Not to get too deep down this rabbit hole but society and the culture today want us to be outraged. They want us to overreact and constantly be in a state of stress. Weird, huh? I thought they were supposed to inform and help us? Nope, welcome to 2020. Advertisers are always pushing us for the latest quick fix or claiming they have all of the answers to your most pressing problems. Unfortunately, we live in a world that pushes masks and social distancing over consistent and sustained health and fitness. We live in a world that pushes us every day to put a bandaid over a broken ankle. Nobody wants to talk about the basics and what will really help you because we're too scared to offend one another even if the advice could possibly save your life.

Spread Your Wings
Time to spread your wings Consider a chick in a nest high up in a tree watching its parents come and go with ease, launching and taking to the air with gentle grace, finding the currents and gliding or pushing the air with their wings to achieve balance in the unsupported environment. Imagine that chick growing a bit, day by day, at first just wanting the food that comes back with the parents but gradually it can move its head around and have a look past the edge of the nest, stretch up and peak and see a great big, baffling world beyond. It’s scary. But also gradually the chick develops a desire to do what his parents do as do all children. He wants to fly.

Keep calm and conquer panic
Ah man, I’m running late for work because I dripped toothpaste on my shirt and had to change, I left my wallet in my other jacket and now it’s raining and my umbrella is … well, who knows where umbrellas go? This is a pretty regular Monday morning for a lot of us.

Life Can Suck...Sometimes
LIFE CAN SUCK... SOMETIMES. Life is never meant to be easy, never has and never will. That is just life. Life can suck when you lose your job, or you get a huge bill for something and have no idea how to pay for it. Life can suck when you lose a loved one, or things go wrong in a relationship. Life can suck, but it is how to get through and carry on.
