Sometimes, we need to relax. We need to ease both our bodies and minds, especially our minds. Living is difficult; every single person is battling their own struggles, and it's tremendous. People endure problems, suffocation, anxiety, unemployment, mental frustration, broken hearts, and more. Life is indeed challenging, a constant battle. But how can we emerge victorious from this battle? How can we overcome its consequences?

Some people assert, 'This is life, and one must abide by society's rules to navigate this world.' Others advocate, 'This is your life, so craft your own rules and seek peace.' But why must life be so painful? Why do we deserve such anguish?

Life remains an unsolved mystery, an enigma no one has deciphered, and perhaps, it will always be such. Consequently, we must discover our own solutions to our own problems. Yet, in this journey, we often falter. Who doesn't? Even the most successful individuals grapple with issues. If you possess wealth, you'll fret over potential losses or bankruptcy. Conversely, if you lack funds, worries about providing for your family and raising children plague your mind. Thus, we all grapple with unknown and unseen fears periodically.

We are uncertain about our desires in life. While some surmount their fears and forge ahead, others remain ensnared, suffering. Life, indeed, is a riddle, one we must navigate with fortitude and resilience.

Today we have a house, a job, love, and all the necessary facilities for today's time but we are not satisfied, we are not grateful for those things, we just want more. In other words, 'We became greedy and more greedy.' Although when we don't find those things we become unconscious and angry. Anger is the most killing thing for our mental state. At the present time, we all have anger issues and we can't control our minds. There is some kind of frustration and the feeling of not being able to do anything in our life is just the worst feeling ever. We feel depressed over everything. It’s not by choice but by situation and circumstances.

Many research studies say that every 2nd or 3rd person goes through depression. Mental health is a common disorder in the world right now. It affects a person day by day. It’s affecting a person’s physical health, relationships, and life. It’s not about age and gender; it’s about how we feel, think, and behave. That’s why we have to think positively if not it’s okay. But show your every emotion, do not suppress it. Just do things step by step, one baby step at a time.

Nowadays, people are busy with their careers and money-making. We don't have time for ourselves and our loved ones. All the mentalists said that we have to find our 'ME TIME' in a day, whether for 10-15 minutes. We have to spend some time with our peace. Just let go of things we don't need in our part of life and relax our minds. Make time for them just to breathe deeply to feel the air, to feel the freshness of the air. So don't become a machine; become a Human. Become a sensitive, sensible, grateful, caring Human.

Why are we in a hurry? Just stop for a moment and close your eyes, take a deep breath, and now open it. See things surrounding you. Appreciate everything. Things will work out. Do not rush. Life is not about do or die. It’s about living your life deeply, madly, and lovably. Live slow and steady. Live every tiny moment you have with yourself and with your family and friends. Let’s 'Slow Down and Just Breathe' together.
