Rediscovering a sense of self-control

It's easy for us to emo now, to slip into a negative state and lose interest in everything if we're not careful.

Not wanting to think, not wanting to do anything, like a hibernating bear, huddling itself in a cave.

Even if you know that you have to do a lot of things that have to be done, but still can not raise the energy, not willing to move a motion.

This laziness to move because we do things are mostly forced, we are always asked to do this and that.

Have to work overtime and stay up late.

The leadership commanded the group around, always be required, must be completed at what time what kind of work.

This feeling of being commanded to be chased and driven makes us hard to bear.

So your sense of well-being and vitality gets lower and lower, so much so that you are lazy no matter what you do. If there is a life where you can take back the initiative and can regain a sense of self-control, your happiness will be enhanced.

Among the many habits, you want to have, getting up early is definitely at the top of the list.

Everyone has a different reason for wanting to get up early.

Some people want to get up early to learn English, some want to go for a run, while others want to develop good habits and change the problem of staying up late.

Among these many reasons, if you look closely you will find that the reason we want to get up early is that we don't want to be ordered and forced by time.

We want to take the initiative to control our actions, to get back the sense of self-control.

Psychologists have also found that if you want to have positive emotions and want to take back the initiative in your life, then your autonomous control of action holds 50% of happiness.

So in other words, if you don't want to continue to mourn, we need to take back the initiative.

How exactly do we do that?

The old way, if you can't figure it out in your head, then write it out.

We feel a lack of initiative because we are bound and controlled.

Then write down what is binding you and see what is going on.

For example, I want to get up early because once I don't get a good start in the middle of the day, it's hard to achieve much nice results for the rest of the day.

So I start to lack motivation, thinking that it doesn't matter if I dawdle a little longer since I'm already up late anyway.

Even if I couldn't sleep, I didn't want to get up from bed.

I was bored, so I started to pick up my phone.

For a person who does not have strong self-control to face the temptation of the phone, then the result can be imagined, casually an hour will slip away.

A careless two or three hours can not let go of the hand is normal, until hungry, had to get up.

Go get some food, eat and will feel sleepy again, so go back to sleep.

It was hard to wake up or start picking up the phone again, or start brushing up on the drama, always the day was spent in such a muddled way.

So I want to get up early because I don't want my day to be wasted like this.

I want to be able to free myself from this wasteful state.

I put such reasons clearly on paper, and since I am trying to take back the initiative, I need to be clear about who exactly the target is that I want to deal with.

Next, we can devise a targeted plan and execute it specifically.

Since in the middle of the day, do not want to spend time in vain.

Then after waking up early, you can mention the important and difficult work to do in front of you, to avoid forming pressure on yourself later.

Or lazy and unwilling to perform.

If in the day, early in the day, those who feel painful and difficult things have been done, then the rest of the time, you can easily arrange some easier and more comfortable activities.

In this way, in the day, both to complete the things that make you feel difficult, but also to arrange for yourself to properly relax and rest.

This way the day will naturally be full of time and a sense of accomplishment.

So the feeling of self-control is naturally back.

So if you want to get your initiative back, you can do the same.

First, write out exactly what we are bound by.

After looking at the enemy, make a targeted plan and execute it.

Once you do that, your situation will change.

If you don't want to be caught up in your work, make a plan ahead of time and execute it in an organized manner.

Don't want to be disturbed without moving, then block out all outside influences and give yourself 30 minutes of free time to focus.

Don't want to be impatient because of a traffic jam or late, then arrive 10~15 minutes earlier than the appointed time.

There is no way to get rid of the dependence on the phone, directly turn off the phone and put it in a place where you do not have the means to get it easily.

Want to get yourself a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction, you can make a memory every night before going to bed and see what you have done all day.

When we are always in a forced state, motivation decreases and we are not willing to act.

If you want to reverse this, you can create a simple plan tailored to you to take back the initiative.

As soon as you start to take action, then the situation will make change.
