These 12 ways will keep you motivated all the time:

1. Meditation and Breathing!

You can research online and find a meditation and breathing technique that workds for you. There are so many good ones to chose from.

2. Talk to Someone!

Taling o someone always helps as it is therapeutic. Talk to someone you trust and respect. If you are unable to reach out to someone familiar it is a good idea to search online for helpline.

3. Go into Nature / Sit in a Park!

Going into nature always helps. You can just go for a walk in a park, or if you have a garden you can simply admire the plants and the flowers. It also helps to look up to the sky, to look at the Sun or Moon or The Stars. They are all so beautiful and always make my heart and mind calm.

4. Dance or Exercise!

Dancing or exercising releases stress and is a great way to get your motivation back. Yoga, Pilates, Running, Skipping are all great exercises.

5. Brisk Walking or Running!

Sometimes just going for a brisk walk or running helps so much. Your body starts to feel light as the stress is released.

6. Go Shopping!

For many people, shopping is a kind of stress buster. One must be careful though and not overspend. If you are the kind of a person who enjoys shopping, you can add this to the list of your motivation ideas.

7. Watch a Funny or Motivating Movie or Video!

Everyone loves a funny movie or video and watching funny videos always makes us laugh and bring that smile back on our face. Its a good idea to have a collection of the videos you find most funny and you can always refer to your list when you are feeling down.

8. Listen To Music!

Listening is music is a universal hobby. I haven't met a single person who doesn't enjoy listening to music. Neither have I met a married person. LOL! You know which songs you find motivating. Listen to them and uplift yourself.

9. Take a Cold Water Shower!

Taking a Cold water shower is so refreshing! You can even have an Epsom salt bath to take your relaxation to a deeper level.

10. Talk aloud Your Affirmation!

This is a good method. You can affirm that Ï am Happy over and over again and you will notice that you will start feeling uplifted.

Some other affirmations to consider are I Feel Good. I AM Alive. I Have Energy and I AM Smiling.

11. Sing Your Affirmation!

You can also sing your affirmations. Almost everyone can make a melody. Chose some words and sentences you like to have as your affirmation. Just start humming them in a simple and fun way and in no time you will have created a song for yourself which you can sing anytime you feel low.

12. Praying!

Yes, turning to The Divine is of course a great way to get that upliftment you need. Surrendering has such a power to relieve us from the stress and unnecessary burden we place on ourselves.
