You can always tap into the energy of feeling and being wealthy and abundant without spending a dime.

Wealth and abundance are not just about having lots of money and material things.

In fact, you have to first be able to tune into the energy and feeling of being wealthy and abundant, before you ever see any physical evidence of wealth at all.

But how is someone able to tune in?

Here are 13 ways you can start living as the most abundant version of yourself right now:

1. Indulge in simple luxuries

We all have different definitions of what luxury means, but there are some simple things that can make life feel a bit more luxurious without breaking the bank.

It could be as simple as taking a break for 20 minutes to have a cup of herbal tea and read your favorite book.

It could also be taking a long, hot bath with some soothing aromatherapy.

Maybe it’s taking a walk in nature, or taking some time for yourself each day to do something you enjoy, without stress or obligations.

There are times where I have gone to a five-star hotel, sat in the lobby, and wrote in my journal.

The staff and the guests at the hotel were none the wiser, and I got the benefit of learning what it feels like to live luxuriously.

When we indulge in simple luxuries, we make time for what matters most – our own happiness. And that is priceless.

2. Practice being present

Practicing being present means learning to focus on the here and now.

It means being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings in the moment and not letting your mind wander.

When you focus on the present moment, you open yourself up to abundance. When you are fully present, you are not worrying about the past or the future.

You are fully engaged in the moment, and this allows you to receive all the good that is happening around you.

When you are in an abundant mindset, you believe that there is plenty of good in the world, and you are open to receiving it.

This creates a positive feedback loop, where you attract more abundance into your life.

Practicing being present is a powerful way to transform your life and create more abundance.

3. Prioritize self care

When you prioritize self-care, you are putting yourself in an abundant mindset.

This means that you are focused on taking care of yourself first and foremost.

When you are in an abundant mindset, you believe that there is enough for everyone.

This means that you are not focused on scarcity. You are focused on abundance.

This is a powerful mindset to have because it allows you to be more giving and more loving.

4. Splurge a little from time to time

When you allow yourself to splurge on something you want, it sends a message to the universe that you are open to abundance.

This mindset shift can then attract more abundance into your life.

From time to time, go ahead and indulge in that new outfit, expensive dinner, or tickets to a show—you deserve it!

The more pieces of prosperity you experience, the more abundance you start to attract.

5. Focus on areas of life that are already abundant

Focusing on areas of life that are already abundant puts you in an abundant mindset.

It allows you to see the abundance that already exists in your life, and that helps you attract more abundance.

Remember: What you focus on the longest grows the strongest.

When you focus on what you have, rather than what you lack, you open yourself up to receiving more of what you want.

6. Go on a Rampage of Appreciation

This is similar to being grateful, but even more diligent and defined.

Going on a rampage of appreciation means deliberately looking for things to appreciate in your life. You are seeking prosperity on purpose.

This could be people, experiences, objects, or anything else.

The point is to shift your focus from what's lacking in your life to what you're supremely grateful for.

This change in perspective can help you feel more positive and hopeful, which can lead to an increase in abundance thinking.

When you're in an abundant mindset, you believe that there is more than enough of everything to go around.

Side note: there is!

Just observe the leaves on one tree in nature. You could spend an entire day trying to count them.

Realize now that you are just as abundant as all the leaves on the trees, and the blades of grass.

You're also more likely to take risks and seize opportunities because you feel confident that there will be plenty more where that came from.

Remember: Whatever you appreciate, appreciates.

So, if you're looking to attract more abundance into your life, start by going on a rampage of appreciation!

7. Act as if everything you want is already yours

If you want to live in an abundant mindset, you have to act as if everything you want is already yours.

This gives you unlimited patience. Patience is a key that can open all the locks. There is nothing that can stand in its way.

Realize you can't keep your head down and focus on lack. You have to believe that you are worthy of all the good things in life.

When you act as if everything you want is already yours, you open yourself up to limitless possibilities.

You would never be given a vision in life that isn’t possible for you.

Believe it is already yours and you will see it in your reality.

9. Heal your relationship with money

You feel like you can attract more money into your life because you feel good about yourself and your finances. You are also able to give more freely because you feel like you have plenty.

By giving money you are, once again, proclaiming to the Universe that there is more than enough.

The first step to healing our relationship with money is to become more mindful of our thoughts and feelings about it.

Notice when you're judging yourself for wanting more money or feeling guilty about having money. Then, start to shift your mindset.

Remind yourself that it's okay to want more money, and that you're worthy of having it.

Visualize yourself attracting abundance into your life.

As you heal your relationship with money, you'll start to notice more opportunities and synchronicities coming your way.

Money will flow to you more easily and you'll be able to create the life you desire.

10. Integrate a daily gratitude practice

Integrating a daily gratitude practice can have a profound effect on your overall outlook and sense of wellbeing.

Gratitude is a multiplier. The more you are grateful, the more you will have to be grateful for.

When you take time each day to appreciate the good in your life, it puts you in a more positive, abundant mindset.

From this place of abundance, you are more likely to attract what you desire into your life.

Moreover, gratitude helps to dissipate negative emotions like anger, resentment, and envy.

By practicing this, not only will you feel better on a day-to-day basis but, your relationships will improve as well.

You know that you are always taken care of, and that you always have everything you need.

12. Clear out any clutter

When you get rid of old things that are taking up space, you are opening yourself up to new opportunities.

While I was living in California one of my friends gave me an exercise. I had taken a road trip there from Texas and brought tons of boxes with me.

These boxes were filled with books, clothes, and things that I hadn’t used in years.

My friend told me to place a box in the corner of a room that I was staying in. He said, if I didn’t go to that box for any items after a month, to simply give it away.

When I started doing this, so many wonderful things started to come into my life. It was only when I was able to let go that I was ultimately able to let in.

When you declutter, you are sending a message to the universe that you are ready for new things to come into your life.

This can be a super powerful way to manifest your desires.

13. Be generous with the resources you do have

When you are generous with your resources, it puts you in an abundant mindset. You are more likely to attract abundance into your life when you are generous with what you have.

When you give, it opens up the door for more to come into your life. When you are in an abundant mindset, you are more likely to be happy and fulfilled.
