Hi, I'm Susan Petang. I am the Stress Management expert on Divorce by Rose. I am a Certified Life Coach, and my specialty is stress management for parents who are getting divorced. Marriage is the most passionate bond that we can have as human beings; when those bonds break, it will cause an emotional blender that results in tons of very intense emotions and a lot of stress, but we still have to function. We still have to get through the days, we still have to go to work, we have the kids to take care of, our parents to take care of, and we still have our friends that we want to nurture. On top of all of that, we've got all this added stuff like getting paperwork done, getting documents together, negotiating with the ex, and meeting with all these professionals, the lawyers, and the accountants.

How overwhelming is all of that?

I'm here to tell you that you can make it through and without the pain and the distress by having the right tools. It's all about the means, so to get through your day in one piece, you need tools and that's what this course gives you- it's a great tool that you can start using right now to stop feeling overwhelmed to stop being paralyzed, to get motivated and to take control so you can take care of business and take care of you.
