There are many ways to get in touch with Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty. Many wiccans and pagans know how to get in touch with her, and others don't. That is what this article is for. It is to help people who want to get in touch with her learn how.

You can get in touch with her in prayer, meditation, or setting up an altar for her. You can also contact her through chanting her name and visualizing she is with you until you see her in your conscience. She is a very beautiful and gentle deity so when you have contact with her you will know. When you speak to her, speak respectfully. You may also either hear her speak back to you or you may get a sixth sence to what she is saying to you.

Visualization- We all have a visualization to what Aphrodite looks like and she appears to you how you see her. She may appear different to one person than she may another. Some may visualize her rising or laying on the sea, some may see her in a feild of flowers. Some may even see her in the sky riding on golden clouds. Anyway you see her she appears to you how to see her.

When you visualize her, she will appear to you in different ways. You may see her in your head like a vision or you may even hear her genrle voice. She understands why you are trying to contact her, expecially if you are new to thngs ike tarot cards and other forms of communicating with her, which we will cover here later. Contacting her is good for things like true love, your future family, or even your career.

Prayer- Praying to Aphrodite is one of the greatest methods of contacting Aphrodite. You can pray to her and let her know you need clarity to an answer you are seeking, expecially if you don't know how to scry or use tarot cards very well.

When you pray be sure to address her respectfully. She is a goddess and is entitled to love and respect. You can adress her with words such as " Aphrodite, goddess of love." Than state the reason for your prayer. Talk toher about your needs, concerns, things that make you happy. Do not be afraid to ask her questions. Listen to her.

Tarot cards- For those who know how to use tarot cards tarot is a good way to speak to Aphrodite. It is best to say a prayer to her and then shuffle the cards. Aphrodite will tell you when to stop shuffling the cards. Then flip a card or two and read the meaning of the cards. If the cards are reversed (upside down) then read the reversed meaning. If they are right side up, read the meaning to that as well. You may also use oracle cards.

Chanting names- You can chant Aphrodite's name to make contact with her. Chanting her name is a good way to bond to her and to also stir up her energies.

Setting up an altar- You can also set up a dedicatiory altar to Aphrodite. There you can pray, leave offering of fruit and chocolate or wine, and even meditate to communicate with her. Be sure the altar area is cleaned and arranged neatly for her.

You can put seashells, flowers, and even statues or pictures of Aphrodite. You can print some pictures from the internet and put them in frames. Also make sure you have an offering bowl or plate on the altar to give offerings to her. Offerings can include chocolate, milk, fruit, etc. You can even have gemstones on the altar such as amethyst or rose quartz.
