Quantum physics tells us that nothing is fixed or certain until we measure it. Everything exists in a state of potentiality, or superposition, until we observe it and collapse it into one outcome. This means that reality is not predetermined, but rather influenced by our choices and beliefs.

A quantum mindset also acknowledges that reality is not linear or simple, but rather nonlinear and complex. There are multiple levels of causality and interconnection, and sometimes things happen that seem paradoxical or contradictory. This means that reality is not predictable, but rather creative and surprising.

How can a quantum mindset help us be happier? Here are some benefits of adopting a quantum perspective on life:
