Everybody have goals, plans for future, and trying to achieve them. And we always hope we can achieve it. But sometimes, we are not able to do so for some reasons. We are stuck or blocked, give up easily when facing difficulties, think our plans are impossible to achieve, etc... In those situations most of us, usually, give up. That is wrong. We shouldn't give up when we face problems. We should keep fighting, keep trying until we achieve them. It may not be easy but it is possible.

The first step in achieving anything is to start with an open mind and a new perspective on life and learning what 's in store in the future. At this stage, you need to adjust your mind in facing difficulties and solving problems that set on your way when trying to achieve your goals.

Make a list of goals that are realistic or beneficial for you. For example, if you are not ready to lose weight, then don't put "lose 20lbs" as a goal. Also, make sure your goals are not too easy or else you will lose interest. Also, make sure they are realistic and beneficial to you! Keep in mind that it is better to set many small goals than one huge goal which seems impossible to achieve at the moment.

The next step is to come up with ideas on achieving your listed goals, so write them down. At this stage, it is important to start each day with enthusiasm and gratitude for what you have already achieved and hope for another day of success. Somehow we remember more what we are missing than what we actually already have. And that is why, if you are grateful for what you have achieved, it will keep your enthusiasm or motivation high.

Then, plan each day of achieving your goals with time schedules by writing down the details of every schedule. For example, how much time do you want to visit the gym? How many times per week do you need to go? Or, how much time do you want to practice your guitar skills every day? Write down the time of starting and finishing so you will have a better chance to achieve them.

Another important step is to take risks with calculated risks. This means that whatever risk you are going for, make sure it's worth it, or else don't do it.

Then, do some research on your goals and ideas to have a clear plan of how to achieve them. This will help you find more ways to overcome problems that will set on your way. That is important, because there are always difficulties to solve, but the key is how you will deal with them.

Stay focused on your goals and ideas. Focus only on achieving your goals. Let other people's opinion influence you not until you forget what you really want to do or achieve in life. It may be tough at first but it will get easier with time.

Finally, push yourself to the limit and challenge yourself as often as possible. Because once you train your mind and body to work hard, they will not forget how to do it again. In addition, if you achieve one level of goals or targets, try for a better one.

Take action. No matter how many times you failed the first time, do not give up because it's part of the process. Keep moving forward and achieving any goal is possible as long as you work hard, try new solutions if your old ones don't work, and stay determined to succeed.
