Be careful how you use words. They have a lot of power!
Words always express thoughts and feelings, that is, they are the verbal manifestation of our inner energy.

In addition, they have enormous power because they have the ability to evoke further feelings and thoughts
A word can start or end a war, it can condemn us or acquit us, save us or destroy us, refresh us like cool water or drown us like a rushing torrent.
Many do not understand the real meaning of the words, they think they are simple, scattered words that are carried by the wind and are lost. They believe they have little or no effect on our lives. But is it so? Are words something insignificant and fleeting that leaves no traces in its path?
One word and all is saved, one word and all is lost.
Many times even without understanding it with the words we use:
We lead our lives to failure
We give further dimensions to problems
We lose our temper
We hurt other people
We block happiness in our lives
As the wise people say: the tongue has no bones and breaks bones. Indeed a different wording of the same subject can have a completely different effect on a situation or a person.
It is normal not to be able to constantly control how appropriate our speech is, but it is important to realize that the words we use actually create our world.
Before we express opinions and opinions, before we talk about our lives and our feelings, before we address any of our fellow human beings, it is important to think and be careful about what we say because words and their influence do not go back.
Many times silence is more helpful than inappropriate or inappropriate and incessant speech. By making a fruitful self-criticism, we create conditions for success and significantly reduce the negative influence that words could have on our lives and on the lives of others.
Don't promise when you're excited
When you fly in the clouds and feel that the world belongs to you, when you experience the positive version of life, This results in sharing promises and creating expectations. In case you don't deliver on promises, then expectations turn into disappointment and hurt feelings, because no one wants to have their expectations dashed. The wisest tactic is not to manifest your immediate intentions without considering the consequences, as it is like giving a check without a counter. Instead, do more than someone would expect without empty promises or big words and pleasantly surprise them.
Don't decide when you feel sad
In many cases our life seems a little worse than it could be, this happens when we see it through a negative lens using a form of silent internal dialogue that creates sadness and other bad feelings. As we are hurt by this perspective, we try to reverse it by making critical decisions that we feel will put us back on the "straight path".
Such decisions have little or no impact precisely because they are based on the temporary negative prism through which we see life. Once our emotional state changes, automatically all the decisions we made and all the thoughts we thought will give way to different scenarios with a different outcome for us. When you feel bad do what you can to change your emotional state, then the world will seem a little better. Don't make senseless decisions.
Don't answer when you feel angry
When you are tense and lashing out, when you feel angry and have wild moods, you almost never express your true self. The question is: which self are you expressing? The answer is: your worst self!
Indeed man can be "angel" or "savage" depending on his emotional state. He has the ability to choose behavior based on his thoughts and feelings. So as you are "beside yourself" do everything you can to calm down, don't answer those who challenge you and don't say things you might regret later. Clearly, it is easier in theory than in practice, but also in practice it is more meaningful and worth the effort.
Speak at the right time
In many cases we "chew" our words and internalize the bad feelings that arise from our reluctance to express ourselves at the right time. This results in us accumulating negativity with unintended consequences. Whatever the situation, there is always an appropriate way of expressing it that will put things in their place and fill us with self-confidence and drive away any bad feelings. Many confuse politeness with naivety and remain silent, you express in the right way, at the right time and win the impression.
