No worries!

Learn how to manage your anxiety so that you can be more productive and effective. Learn to be more present in order to feel more peaceful, in control, and happy. Because the moment is all we have, we have complete control over every precious second and Nano-second. That, however, only occurs when we mentally dwell in the present moment and exercise control over our thoughts and feelings.

Being more present is a win-win situation since it reduces tension while also increasing pleasure. Here's how to get rid of your anxiety and feel light and free.

Get into the practice of asking oneself, “How am I feeling?” several times during the day, regardless of what is going on. Hopefully, the response will be that everything is fine.

The goal of this investigation is to bring you back to the present moment. You'll be pulling yourself back to the present from worrying about that pay raise discussion you're scheduled to have with your boss, feeling anxious about a blind date or upcoming presentation, or ruminating about the argument you had with your partner earlier in the day or the fender-bender you had last week the more frequently you ask this question.

The fact is that we are usually in good emotional shape. Most of the time, life isn't fascinating or great, but it's also not the pits. We can always find methods to feel better, even if we're performing things we don't like or aren't feeling well. We do this by simply focusing on what is going well for us.

Even if the presentation or date went badly, you may still have a good time now if you allow it. Although your morning squabble with your husband or last week's fender bender may have long-term consequences, your life is most likely flowing well right now.

The truth is that most of the time we are in decent emotional shape. Life isn't always intriguing or wonderful, but it's also not always bad.

Even if we're doing activities we don't enjoy or aren't feeling well, we can always discover ways to feel better. We do this by concentrating on what is going well for us. Even if your presentation or date went horribly, you may still have fun today if you let yourself. Your morning fight with your husband or last week's fender bender may have long-term ramifications, but your life is most likely running well right now.

Anxiety is not the same as fear. The latter is a physiological response to a threat that occurs automatically. On a Safari, a dangerous animal comes at you from outside the tour bus, and you instinctively rush to the bus's door to flee. At 2 a.m., your home alarm goes off, and your heart starts racing.

Although you may have bodily feelings as a result of your worry, this is not the same as dread. Anxiety is caused by unpleasant ideas about the future, not by real impending damage.

We believe that if we worry enough, we will be able to shape the future to our liking when we arrive. It has a mystical time travel appeal that goes something like this: If I think about something sufficiently now, everything will be OK when the time arrives for it to happen.

You try to anticipate everything that could possibly go wrong ahead of time—on your wedding day, when starting a new job, at the annual holiday party you throw for your employees, on a date with someone you like, driving to another state to visit a friend—so that nothing goes wrong when you get there. Thus, try to be less anxious in life and start chasing your dreams. You can only be successful when you are not worried.
