People go to a conference where there are thousands of people. If the speaker will allow people to ask questions from them about something. But they think that there are thousands of people, if I say Anything, they laugh at me because of this negative thought that comes into your mind. which will stop you from asking questions in public.

Asking a question in public will feel uncomfortable to you for the first time. But it's a good practice to develop self-confidence. If You do this 3 to 4 times, then this fear of asking a question will never happen to you. I know it feels very uncomfortable to you as a low confidence person. But this activity will help you get the things that you want to become successful.

2. Think about the things which you achieved

Think about what you achieved, Think about how hard it is for people to get those things Which you have. It will help you to become self-confident. Because your mind thinks that if I achieve something in the past, I also achieve more in the future. It will give you self confidence to achieve more.

Most people think that they don't achieve in the past year's so they won't become successful in the future as well. But it's not true. if you go deep into this and think about what you achieved in the past. you came to know that you completed Big tasks in those years. this will motivate you to work more to get Great results in the future.

Set reasonable goals and specify your goals, about how much time it takes to achieve them, and Why This Goal is valuable to complete. It's also a good way to build self-confidence. If you set goals and you work to achieve that goal. Finally, If you achieve your goal.it will build self-confidence, which helps you Plan more goals and achieve them.

A lot of people failed in achieving their goals and don’t find any reason for their failure. But the reason is you focus on multiple goals at one time. If you focus on one goal at one time. You achieve much faster results and you also have a clear mind of what things are required to focus on. Most people's self-confidence will increase if they accomplish their goals.so it’s another helpful way to develop self-confidence.

4. Introduce yourself to somebody you don't know

Most people are afraid to introduce themselves to others. It's important to know that this will also boost your Self-confidence. Because it gives you confidence in introducing yourself to everyone and it will help you engage with new people. This will open up new opportunities for you. If you go to a meeting, the first thing you need to do is introduce yourself. You can feel badly at 2 3 times but it will eventually bring you self confidence if you introduce yourself in every meeting.
