The 12 steps to gaining mental strength aim to create a positive attitude, gain mental strength and help you achieve your dreams and desires that will improve your personality, increase your wealth, attract love. There is a difference between being attractive and making yourself attractive. Follow the steps found specifically for someone new to the power of creative imagination.

Step 1:

Choose a quiet place that is free from all kinds of distractions, interruptions, or dis, tubs. It can be on the bus or in your room. The idea is to be able to focus in any environment that suits you. The ideal is to be able to focus in any environment that suits you. However, the ideal time I have found is early in the morning or before bed. However, the ideal place can be anywhere as long as you focus.

Step 2 :

Feel comfortable. Wear loose clothing or loosen your belt.

Step 7:

Put yourself in the pictures you made. You have to be inside the picture to let your subconscious mind know that the picture you see that leads you to your goal is actually for you, not for anyone else.

Feel the image you created. Now that you are in the picture, imagine that you are leading your time. Feel the atmosphere. See how different it feels to live the life you wanted. Live your photos.

Step 9:

Experiment with images with all your emotions. Watch! Listen! bad smell! Feel how you achieve your goals. Let the excitement and joy of success flow through you. Let the passion for success grow in you. Feel your success.

Step 10:

Once you've experimented with your images with emotion, let your mind clear. If you hold on to your photos for too long, the images may disappear due to over-exposure. So, let him go.

Step 11:

Create a place in your mind won't you want. Tell yourself what you won't - like, "I deserve to be healthy", "I deserve to be rich and famous." By doing this, you not only allow your ss mind to help the image, but you also achieve your success.

Remember, it is better to imagine 2-3 times a day for a short time than to watch for a long time during the day. By doing this, the visual quality stays fresh instead of stale and playful and removes all the energy from you. One to ten steps can take you anywhere from 5-10 minutes. It's better if you don't prolong it. Instead, repeat it at another time of day. When you release the image after this short exercise, your brain will be freed from the mental force that you activated. But your subconscious mind continues to support the image you saw. It helps to make your goals and your dreams come true.
