10 Ways to Start an Extreme Change in Your Life Today

Who doesn’t want to be attractive? Everyone wants to feel confident.

I am not talking about showing off because this differs from being confident and attractive.

There were changes I applied in my life that helped me shift my vibrational energy from insecure, low self-esteem to self-confidence energy.

The points I will show you in this article are based on my experience, and this is a one-on-one conversation; comment so I can interact with you in the comment session.

#1 Toxic environment

You are the reflection of the six people you are around the most; if the people are toxic, you won’t go anywhere.

I am not saying this to discourage you or convince you to run away from where you are.

Still, if you want to grow and the people around you don’t, the environment always wins.

The reason is that your subconscious mind captivates everything around you 24/7, and a bad environment is contagious.

#2 Raise your energy

Please list the people in your life right now, the six people, and their qualities; don’t focus on the bad because this will shift your focus on them.

Then, after a week or two of shifting your focus, you will notice the environment gets lighter.

If you have someone around you who is abusive, extremely toxic or makes you harm, do everything you can to avoid this person.

Be around the people you want to be like; their energy will automatically raise your vibration.

#3 Let go of the past

I know you hear and see it everywhere, but you haven’t done anything about it.

In my path, letting go of the past was the most complicated thing but the best thing I did.

I still think today about where I got so much strength to go on; I was hurt; my inner child was in pieces because of the psychologically and physically abusive father I had, but I had to see it.

I remember an episode where I sat down to meditate, and suddenly, a scene from my childhood came into my consciousness.

Normally, I would open my eyes because I feared what could happen in the meditation. Still, I sat there, hanging on to that time travel.

And then it hit me: I stood as my now in front of my father, saw him in the eyes, and forgave him.

Then I took the little me up, hugged her, saying: “You are okay now; I am here; he is hurt also; he doesnt know better forgive him.”

This was a profound experience, but it healed my life in many ways.

Whenever something from the past comes to mind, I go back there in my meditation and solve the issue.

It’s that simple but challenging, especially for those afraid of past experiences.

You have to face it, or it will “face” you for the rest of your life, and the more you push it away, the stronger it gets.

When memories from our past experiences arise, we are ready to heal them; they tell us: “I am back because I know that you have the strength to address me.”

The meaning here is that you must acknowledge this experience, be grateful for it, and let it go.

#4 The ex is not coming back

Many people are stuck in the “Ex coming back” issue; they live under the illusion that the ex will come back and they are going to live the best relationship ever.

Let me break this down for you:

What happened, happened.

The past will never equal the present; you and the person have changed.

What your relationship once was was because you and the person were different in other circumstances.

You have grown after the end of the relationship.

You still believe that the person comes back to you because you are caught up in an illusion that the relationship will be the way it once was.

It won’t because if it had to be, your relationship wouldn’t be over in the first place.

You can’t change people.

Let go of your ex because by not letting go, you are blocking new opportunities to arrive in your love life.

#5 Routine

This is an important habit you must have if you want to be more in your best version, and this doesn’t have anything to do with beauty standards.

Having a routine that allows us to care for ourselves boosts our energy.

These are the things that gave a boost to my take-care routine:

Dressing nice even if I am at my home office.

Giving my best every day.

Making a to-do list.

Having a schedule.

Investing in my education and self-development.

Focus 100% on my projects.

One task at a time.

I avoided toxic situations, drama, and harmful habits to take over my daily life.

#6 Resistance is real

Most of the time, procrastination equals resistance and fear of the unknown.

Fear of the “what will happen if I attain this milestone” or “what others will think if I look like this.”

Not wanting to do things sometimes is normal, but when you postpone things for a long time, you delay your life.

#7 Bye, lousy habit

Knowing when to change a bad habit is crucial to your new life.

The way I used to quit a bad habit was to do it one day at a time.

I also did it in a way that was comfortable to me, and if one day I failed, it was okay because I understood this was part of the process.

#8 Smart Relaxing

Consuming content that teaches me something was a massive shift in my life.

When you start to relax and watch things that feed your brain in a good way, you elevate your life unimagined ways.

Watch TED talks, finance education, or educate yourself on what you want to do by finding time to make it enjoyable.

#9 The temple

Your body is your temple.

Treating it will reflect how you perform; it’s that simple.

Getting what your body needs to be healthy is essential in this phase.

Mark that I said “what your body needs to be healthy,” eating proper foods, drinking lots of water, and exercising.

Those are the main pillars of excellent health; you can do it with what you have, wherever you are.

Forget the beauty standards; you are unique as you are.

Spiritual practices like meditation, yoga, or any other exercise that makes you happy and comfortable can also be implemented in this phase.

#10 Giving

You have arrived at the last level of our conversation; you are aligned with the world around you, being productive, your self-esteem is in place, and your health is improving daily.

The giving time has arrived because now you’ll give intelligently.

Giving without expecting anything back because you know the Universal Law of Action/Reaction (what you give is what you get).

Be willing to share your knowledge, experiences, and how you became this version of yourself.

Giving is receiving; the more you give, the more fulfilled you feel, and life opens more ways for you to receive.
