Necrospermia is a disease in which the survival rate of sperm decreases, and more than 40 percent of sperm die. Under normal circumstances, within 1 hour of semen excretion, the survival rate of sperm should exceed 70%. If the death rate of sperm exceeds 40%, it will affect conception. The survival time of sperm should be maintained for 6 hours, and the survival rate should exceed 20%. If there is no survival sperm within 6 hours, it can cause infertility.

Masturbation is very common among men. Surveys show that 95% of men masturbate. Experts believe that the occasional masturbation once or twice will not harm men, but long-term and frequent masturbation is not a good habit, which will cause huge damage to men. Long-term and frequent masturbation can cause inflammation, affect sperm quality, and lead to necrospermia and infertility.

So how does excessive masturbation lead to necrospermia?

Long-term and frequent masturbation can cause long-term urogenital system congestion, local immunity decline, urethritis, prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, sexual nerve fatigue, hypothermia, impotence, erectile instability, habitual premature ejaculation and so on. Once men have prostatitis, pathogenic bacteria will enter the body's channel into the seminal vesicle and testis and cause seminal vesiculitis, epididymitis, and other diseases, which are bound to have an impact on sperm. In other words, necrospermia may be caused by excessive masturbation.

Symptoms of necrospermia:

1. Sexual impotence. Sexual impotence is the most typical symptom of patients suffering from necrospermia, which is characterized by adynamia during sex, and physical and mental fatigue, which seriously affect patients' work and life.

2. Weakness. Necrospermia will lead to weakness. At the same time, it is also accompanied by many abnormal conditions, such as dizziness, body aches, and so on. These are the symptoms from which men with necrospermia will suffer.

3. Genital inflammation. When men suffer from necrospermia, it will also be accompanied by genital inflammation of men's prostate, epididymis, seminal vesicle, and other genital organs. At the same time, it will lead to sexual impotence, premature ejaculation, and no desire for life.

Necrospermia is associated with prostatitis, epididymitis, individual medical conditions, and deficiencies in vitamins A and E. Frequent masturbation can lead to prostatitis in men, which may result in necrospermia.

Experts suggest that male friends should abstain from the habit of masturbation. First of all, you must have perseverance and be able to control yourself. Don't let it weigh on your mind. It will succeed as long as you are determined to quit it. You can cultivate noble hobbies and sentiments. In addition to normal work and study, participate in recreational and sports activities in your spare time.

If necessary, you can go to the hospital to help quit masturbation under the guidance of a doctor. To cure necrospermia, firstly, you need to treat the primary disease and urogenital infection caused by masturbation, such as prostatitis and epididymitis, which are the culprit of necrospermia. Therefore, in addition to the restraint of masturbation, men also need to cure these diseases as early as possible.

When you find that the survival rate of your sperm is relatively low, you should go to the hospital in time and find out the cause of sperm death under the doctor's guidance, and then take prompt treatment.

In addition, you should also eat more vegetables and fruits during the treatment, which is conducive to vitamin supplements and can improve the survival rate of sperm. It is also beneficial to men's health. If the survival rate of sperm is too low, you can take IVF to conceive a baby.
