Thinking about a healthy lifestyle is common, the first step when you decide you want to acquire good habits and the next step is to believe in yourself you can do it.

  • Changing isn't easy it takes time you might have face difficulty. Instead of letting that failure win, move forward with positive energy.

Maintaining mental health means occasionally doing your own needs first. We can't look after someone if we don't take care of our minds and body.

Count your blessings and be grateful for the valuable things in life.

Exercise is a crucial activity you add to your healthy lifestyle routine. It improves your mental health with physical well-being at the same time. It can also help prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes, high blood pressure, and depression.

Make a habit to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Physical exercise can make you feel better and maintain your weight under control. Remember, a small amount of exercise is better than none.

Reading at least 10 minutes per day can help your quality of sleep, sharpen mental awareness, and reduce stress. Try to choose books which type of books you're interested in. The best thing about books is that available in pdf form and hard copy. If you don't like to read books, go for short stories, blogs, and poetries.

Just like we need to work and exercise to stay fit, our brains require to develop as well. A good book is like a healthy meal for our brain and mental well-being. So, make reading a habit and help your brain to be healthy.

4. Eat healthy food every day

Eating healthy is the most difficult part of changing your lifestyle to a healthy one. It is not only about your weight, but it also provides more energy to your body, increases productivity, and improves your health.

Eat a nutritious diet like fruits, colorful vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein (egg, milk, beans). Keep a food diary so you're aware of what you're consuming every day. Reduce salt and sugar on your plate because it can increase the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. Follow a healthy eating plan and get more success in changing their diet to a nutritious one.

Nature is an important need for humans and vital in keeping us emotionally, physically, and psychologically healthy.

How much time do you spend watching and working at a screen every day? Most people spend more than 10 hours every day in front of the screen.

Walking in green spaces like parks, gardens, and trees on an urban street changes our mood and reduces stress. Even scientists are collecting evidence of the value of getting out and connecting with the natural world. Amazingly, even watching nature documentaries and videos are good for our mental health. The benefits of nature are available to nearly every one of us, no matter where we live.
