Life is my lover. It meets me in every moment, is always there, always new and exciting, and makes me feel so many feelings. My lover shows up with many different faces, a whole rainbow spectrum of ways that it can love me. Through you, through sunlight, through a breeze, through laughter, through sound, through thought, through beauty, through water.

Life can be all of our lovers, because life is a dolphin. Life is a flower, Life is a friend, Life is spiral. Becoming lovers with life is becoming lovers with ourselves. We are inseparable from life. Every movement we make we stir reality. We are literally mixing heaven with our hands, with our feet, with our word, with our thoughts. Life is the greatest mirror and will always meet us where we are. This is why I believe it’s time to start taking life by the jewels and claiming it as our own.

Let's start to take life more personally. Being willing to connect emotionally, to show ourselves, to be fierce, to be delicate, to be expressive to be still. To take every input with gratitude, and return it to life covered in our love, and transformed into its highest form. Everything I touch belongs to me, yet at the some time, nothing belongs to me, it belongs to the eternal us. It belongs to the moment I am experiencing, it belongs to my experience, and I am right there in my experience.

Let us not just step upon the grass. Let us massage our feet against its caress, let us curl our toe around its textures, let us feel deep in our souls that we are alive, because we have our moment. Let us not just lay upon the earth, let us feel our breath against the earth, let us push against her and cutch her dirt and sand and dust with passion and praise. Let us be moved by the textures and remember that we are certainly not alone in this universe. It's OUR life, with OUR grass, OUR sand, OUR earth, OUR dust. Let us Meet everything we touch with the love of a lover. With the gratitude and care of an owner, with the adoration of a creator. Because by taking life personally we become responsible for everything in our reality. Like a mother, like a child, like a friend, like an angel, like we ourselves are a piece of it. This is my life, and I choose to love it. If you are in it, then you are a part of me, because I am unified with what I love and we are inseparable. Unified in the great dance of evolving reality, unified by atoms, and molecules, space, silence, ether, matter, and movement.

The people who enter our lives are each unique wondrous gifts. The people around us are OUR people, The person standing next to you in the line, beside you on the bus, serving you at the counter, they are the people alive with us, sharing our moment, sharing our breath, sharing our reality. Let us know them beyond the image and mind, let us know that they two are made of atoms, molecules, ether, earth, sunlight, air and water. Let us take them personally and love them for showing up in our life. We are the same. When we finally dissolve the borders we will end our suffering and remember who we are, remember the miracle we are. Love yourself because you exist. Love me because I exist. Love It all because it exists. Take existence personally, take it all in your embrace.

Taking EVERYTHING personally means living in a continual state of empathy, compassion, responsibility, love, and awareness. Presence and engagement. Inspiring and inspired. Giving and receiving. Break down the wall between you and life, and becoming INTIMATELY connected to the essence of truth within it all. Like this we are free, like this we are home, like this everything and everyone belongs.

We must remember who we are. It's time for us to get Intimate with life, and start to take EVERYTHING incredibly personally.
