These days, when many people around the world are in-home quarantine, people's lifestyles have changed. We can no longer easily go to work or our job is closed. We can't go to see the people we love, and we can't do much of what we used to do easily during this time. Even if there is no ban or we live in a place where the coronavirus has not yet become widespread, we still do not want to do anything ourselves. Because we are both worried about our lives and trying to be responsible citizens and not cause more outbreaks of this virus.

These days when we spend most of our time at home, let's think about how we lived before the coronavirus spread and how we will live after this widespread outbreak.

quarantine

Having fun. One of the most important things that many people around the world must think about is walking down the street with ease. These days, when the busiest streets of the world's major cities are depopulated, it's a good opportunity to think about how well a simple walk will make us feel. How we miss sitting in our favorite cafe or restaurant. Or go to our favorite singer's concert. Or watching a movie in a cinema hall. The most important thing is to travel, which you may miss a lot now. Perhaps after the end outbreak of the virus, we will enjoy the sun more than our skin, and we will not forget how precious this small happiness’s are in our daily hustle and bustle.

Meet others. Another thing is to see our loved ones. These days, we may think that we wish we could answer our father's phone call or say yes to the request to meet that old friend. Later, we spend more time seeing each other and appreciate being together. These days, when we may not be talking at all, our contact with others is limited to phone calls and video calls. Maybe we want to embrace others more.

quarantine

Saving money. Another thing is saving money. We may never need as much money these days. Unforeseen events may come to us at any time, and this is one of them. These days you may be unemployed. You may not have unemployment insurance and government funding may not cover all your needs. It seems we all need to go for our savings. It is good to always think about such situations and collect as much money as we can on normal days, even if it is little. Don't forget to plan your savings after this period.

Living in the moment. These days, maybe more than ever, we think about the past and say to ourselves, I wish I had done it. At a time when no one knows the future, why should we plan for the long term? It is good to set a goal in life and strive to achieve it, but not in such a way that we forget to live in the present and sacrifice the present for the future. Enjoy every moment of your life and don't miss the short-term joys of achieving long-term joys. You may never get a chance to repeat them.

Learning skills. What quarantine has taught us is how some skills can be useful to us. These days, when you are alone at home, if you know skills such as yoga, sports, cooking, music, foreign language, and other things, you will be in a better situation than others. These are skills that will help you not feel lonely and waste your time. Plus, you'll be getting the most out of your life. So after quarantine, be sure to learn a skill so that you don't waste your time in such situations. You can even teach this skill online to others and earn money through it.

Home treatment. In crises such as the COVID-19 epidemic, it is often difficult to see a doctor or receive medical care. It's a good idea to always have information about home remedies for illness and minor injuries so that you don't have to go to the hospital for any minor problems, especially in such cases where there is a high risk of infection. Always have a first aid kit around you and also try to learn more about the properties of natural ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, and spices.

Fighting depression. Quarantine may keep our bodies healthy, but it can lead to many psychological problems, such as depression or anxiety, or anger. Learn to relax by reading psychology books, talking to a counselor, and reading related articles. There are simple ways to control your mind and mindfulness that can help you in such cases. Learn these simple skills so you can control your psychological problems and those around you at home. Remember to see your psychiatrist for more treatment after quarantine.

No one knows what the next tragedy will be for the world and when it will come to us again, so don't forget these days and always keep yourself ready for the crisis, but at the same time enjoy your life.
