If you’re not tucked away in a little mountaintop cave without wifi, chances are you’ve heard about the Coronavirus.
If you told me 12-months ago that we were about to go into a global pandemic of epic proportions, with lockdowns around the world, and staggering stats including over 200,000 deaths in the US and rising, I would’ve thought “Wow really? That’s crazy! It sounds like a science-fiction film”
Unless you have chronic breathing issues then wearing a mask has much more benefits than if you don’t.
I know it seems like the pandemic magically appeared; it started in China and spread to France all over the U.S in under one year. Personally I know I will feel much better about myself and my intentions, for having worn a mask. This protects others and most importantly MYSELF. This small act of self love can save everyone’s life.
Please consciously choose to wear a mask. I am not an expert on COVID-19.
I am simply one beautiful lady, who cares is deeply in love with herself, and I will do what I need to stay safe. With that being said let’s love ourselves and do it for ourselves. Nobody but WE.
We can Stop the spread of the coronavirus by these little acts of self love.

Rebelling, fighting for your freedom at the expense of the vulnerable people around you, by simply wanting to ignore the issue in the hope that it will go away, we are prolonging this Pandemic. If you want this to go away you have to wear a mask. This simple precaution can save your life plus trendy people in America decorate and buy designer masks. Think of it like a trend. And let this be the era of the mask (just as we went through the era of ripped jeans)!
I do not claim to be a medical professional, nor do I want to tell you what to do. We all have our reasons for why we make the decisions we do I respect your freedom I also respect the health of the people around me, the people I know, and the people I don't know. I Honor your freedom, I honour your health and I honour all of you so deeply. Big love to you and the people who come into contact with each day.
You only live once
Make the most of these crazy times.
Live fully – with total freedom – from behind your mask So we could go back to some sense of normality. And one of the key things we can do together to help, is to make the decision to wear a mask. But avoiding an issue altogether – especially one that affects all of us – doesn’t help anyone.
