There have been many different diseases over the years, However, this year, 2020 is something different. Something no one would have expected to happen happened. A new flu like virus called the conronavirus is at least of 50% of the states. All over the country, residents are now preparing for quarantine. Shelves are empty, businesses and schools closed and it's only been two months since the new year. Some people are calling it population control and the rest are stocking up on everything in the store to prepare for this two week period. Which ever way you look, you should be prepared too. Here are some ways you can be prepared for this outbreak and still be comfortable in your home.

Knowing about the virus is very important to distinguish symptoms. The symptoms include a fever, a cough and a shortness of breath. If you suspect anyone with this virus make sure they get medical care as soon as possible.

The first thing would be to stock up on cleaning supplies. Hand sanitizers/soaps, bleach, Lysol and any other cleaning product containing bleach. It's the only product that can kill germs 100%, including sanitizer. Lysol is also a product that can kill the coronavirus germs that's spreading, so it would be important to have these things in hand.

While using the bathroom you want to make sure you always clean your hands and have hand sanitizer around. This way you can ensure the germs will be gone. It's very essential that you wash your hands after coming in from the outside. If one isn't wearing gloves. Before and after cooking make sure you wash as well.

Another way to prepare is to make sure you get enough food supply for the two weeks in quarantine. By now, I'm sure lots of grocery stores are sold out of water, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It's your job to make sure purchase enough to at least last you until this whole thing is over.

The next would be to also purchase vitamins. Some people are like "Why vitamins? ", well because vitamins are to make sure you stay healthy and at a time like this everyone should want to stay healthy because it could be deadly since there isn't any cure. So these are very important to put in the plan. I also heard witch hazel and tea tree oils are effective against this virus because of the properties of being able to kill certain bacteria.

If you're off work, don't come in contact with anyone who seems sick and let them know that it isn't personal but you'd rather wait until they're better to come in contact. If you're an independent worker and you have clients that you work with directly, you can send everyone an email or some type of message about it. It's very serious that you not come in contact with anyone with the symptoms because that could lead to more germs spreading which is what we're all trying to avoid. Also large crowds are a negative. You should avoid going in places with at least 50 people.

The entire point of this quarantine is to stay in the house. So if it's not a necessity to go outside, then you really shouldn't. California is already thinking about putting martial law on the streets if necessary. However that'll be a whole different situation. Some people are going to work and still having to come in contact with the outside world. But it's better to be safe than sorry. If a person knows what they're supposed to do while all of this is going on and still ignore it, their ignorance could put a lot of people in danger. So think of those around you as someone close to you and stay safe and keep those safe around you.
