Watch this video for some inspiration

I’m a high school student that runs track for my school. During the summer I do track too but the corona has been canceling my plans. If you are dedicated and still wanting to workout here are my thoughts.

1. Find out what you need to improve on the most.

2. Find a local area that is open where you can workout. (Make sure that it’s safe and doesn’t have any holes)

3. Make a workout that fits your schedule.

4. Make sure you eat healthy before your run.

5. Start running and have fun! (Stay 6 feet away and try not to be anywhere that’s crowded)

Staying active is really important I know that we aren’t running but that doesn’t mean we can’t make our own rules. Don’t let corona stop you from staying healthy remember to make good choices. You control your mind and body nobody else does. Your body is special so take care of it.

If you are stressed because a lot is on your mind then get ride of that stress. I know we have to adjust our schedules now and it gets annoying. Just relax and take things slow don’t rush and try to get things done. It takes awhile to adjust and get used to things so just go with the flow.

1. Start making a plan oh how your going to manage things

2. Make sure you have a calendar or use your phone so you can keep track

3. Set some alarms so your body can get used to waking up at those times

4. Make sure you let your body take a break here and there

5. You have to understand this is all new so it takes time

Do you like to cook like Tiana? Do you like to read like Belle? Do you like to take adventures like Jasmine? Start a new hobby and start doing new things that can inspire you. I have been baking cookies and brownies for my family and it’s actually a lot of fun. Put on your favorite music, put on your apron, and just start baking. Plan on doing things with the family like do a scavenger hunt, go play outside, watch a movie in the house, and just spend some time together. Online you see people dancing with their parents on tik tok, you see Disney themed videos, and a lot of other creative ideas. My family and I take a walk around our neighborhood when it’s dark and look at the stars. There have been a couple planets out and about a few times. Since my dad is home we have dinner together and it’s a lot of fun. Get your family and do something fun in the house or take a nice walk. Just go have some fun you deserve it.

Don’t worry I’m not trying to convert you into a Christian or Catholic🤣. If you are still on this Earth through everything that is happening you are so lucky don’t take it for granted. Enjoy the time you have left enjoy every moment of it. You are here for a reason💛! Live, learn, and respect life it’s beautiful. Even thought right now is such a bad and dangerous time to be here enjoy it. Don’t let a virus stop you from enjoying life. When you watch the news and flip through the channels all you hear is about the corona. The tv literally makes it look like the world is ending even thought it’s not. Take a step outside and just look at how beautiful it is. You know, my dad said something earlier that really made me think. He said “I never had to live through anything like this in my entire life, this is history.” He said when I have kids and they come home and talk about what they learned in school they will be learning about what we are going through right now. If this is history then what are you gonna do? Let’s change history and let’s make it a positive memory. I want you to be able to go to your kids, granddaughter, parents and whoever and say. I lived through this “I lived through history”
