The good news is that with these fairly simple cleansing methods and tips, you can easily learn to strengthen and protect your energy field, thus making you less receptive to other people’s energies. So it's a win-win!

Take a Sea Salt Bath and reap the benefits!

•1 cup coarse Sea Salt (Himalayan Pink salt is okay)

•1cup Epsom Salt

•1cup Baking Soda

• Essential oils are optional ( lavendar- relaxes mood)

Sea salt has been used for centuries because it is such an awesome natural cleansing agent, it's also the reason why so many people love swimming in the ocean. It’s also a natural aura cleanse just from being in it.

One of my favorite ways to make sure my energy system is clear and cleansed is to simply take a shower with this sea salt combo and soak for 30 minutes.

You can rub the salt mixture into your skin while setting the intention with your mind to cleanse your aura, while washing away any negative thoughts, emotions or feelings that do not belong to you.

By using visualization and your intention, you direct your consciousness to take the negative energy where it needs to go.

Practicing this simple, yet effective technique will help you to become stronger energetically and feel less overwhelmed being able to fully function with ease in any environment!

A simple yet powerful exercise

If you are new to the common technique of visualization, it’s imperative for you to know that you don’t necessarily have to “see” everything clearly immediately upon your first try for it to work.

Just focus on practicing visualization for a few times without putting too much pressure on yourself and in no time it will soon become second nature to you.

To strengthen your energy resilience, visualize (envision) a protective field (can be a white light) around you as if there's a bubble around you protecting you.
