In modern society, many people pay attention to the health care of the reproductive system. Bisht S et al. found that men with idiopathic infertility who follows a 21-day yoga regimen show significant improvements in sperm characteristics.

A methylation analysis based on next-generation sequencing revealed the changes in the sperm epigenome of the patients included in the study and found that yoga practice was associated with changes in the DNA methylation of nearly 400 genes, including 147 genes over methylated and 229 genes that were undermethylated. This is a sound study showing that a good lifestyle is closely related to male reproductive health.

Many movements in yoga can improve men's strength by increasing endurance and stretching. Those movements have beautiful postures and mobility, like dancing, which can make men's bodies, especially the lower abdomen, stronger and more energetic, reducing symptoms such as prostatitis, impotence, premature ejaculation, and ejaculation disorders.

In addition, yoga can improve the spine's elasticity and the bones' strength in the back, keeping the spine healthy. The spine is the pathway of sexual desires, and information secreted by the pituitary glands can be smoothly conveyed to the sex organs. Yoga exercises the kidneys and the abdominal organs, helps the body expel endotoxins, and makes your physical strength more abundant, making your life full of passion.

A 2010 study published in the journal-New Medicine showed that yoga could improve sexual functions in men, including increased libido as well as enhanced erectile function and control of ejaculation duration. Yoga can also increase body awareness, reduce anxiety, and increase the blood flowing to the reproductive area, increasing the chances of orgasm.

The benefits that yoga brings to men's sexual performances are self-evident. The most significant benefit is not the extension of time or the improvement of abilities, but the enhancement of body sensation, the extension of orgasm, and the higher arousal state of the practitioner.

Yoga can help fight the masculinity crisis. Men have many health problems and often lack awareness of their bodies and brains. The overload of pressure causes physical issues, and people's emotions are easy to intense under excess pressure without a calm brain. With the increase in stress, illness will occur.

The brain is one of the most critical organs in the human body. When the brain is tired, many functions will be affected. The most significant benefit of yoga is that it can help the brain wave return to a calm state and maximize the function of the parasympathetic nerves, which can help people to restore their states of energy and resist various health crises. Which in turn can improve men's ability to fight reproductive diseases.

Men need to be aware of the following issues when practicing yoga:

Be sure to stretch your body within your limits gently, and never push or pull when doing various yoga exercises. If you go beyond your limits, it is a bad practice.

Please stop immediately and do not insist too much if you experience physical exhaustion or body tremors during the exercise.

Do not rush it. Any postures should be carried out step by step, and that will show an effect. Some beginners should not be greedy for temporary relief. If they rash to reach a posture, they will easily go opposite to what they wish, causing unnecessary injuries.

Carry out yoga in the fresh air because this kind of exercise is not about speed but the unity of your body and mind. Patients need to practice in a more comfortable place to breathe oxygen freely. They must avoid noisy environments; a quiet, spacious place is more suitable for practice to reduce unnecessary injury.

Pay attention to choosing clothes that facilitate perspiration with good elasticity and malleability to avoid affecting practice movements.
