Read, Talk, Then... Write
I’ve been writing for approximately 5 years now. I write not as frequently as a blogger or a typical writer does but I write articles for my work as a mechanical engineer in an engineering design firm as required. What can you expect but mostly technical engineering topics and subjects addressed to specific engineering professional. Most of it is already published and circulated in magazines online. After all those articles, I never asked myself “Can I really write?” despite the fact that my works are already published.

Darby BurlPublished 7 years ago in LongevityThe Body Shop Haul
The Body Shop located in my hometown has been placed near the most historic monument full of cobbles, old buildings, statues and historic buildings on the high street. It's quite a small shop, though not so small that you can only fit 5 to 10 people like Lush in the Friary Street; when I first went in there and came out with something for myself, it had to be on my birthday which was back in January. Lucky me really. I came out with strawberry shower gel that was like 75ml I think, which lasted me 5 months before it ran out on me; I really like that scent of strawberries lingering on my skin, I also brought the villina and chili body butter. It's one of those things that I haven't really worked out if I like it or not; it was trial and error if you ask me, as I wasn't really into hand cream and whatnot at the time but now I have been using quite a lot on my skin as it's been so dry and sweaty and my skin had been horrible. That was because of the heat we've been having recently; now we've got the rain, so it's been a bit cooler than it has been.

Sapphire RavenclawPublished 7 years ago in LongevityFavorite Makeup Products by Ulta Beauty
I am a budget shopper, but also a lover of beauty products. I am always looking for ways to save money, but still, have high-quality products that I enjoy using and make me look great. As a long time fan of Ulta, I have tried many of their store brand products over the years. I find that many of their store brand items are great quality and have a lower price tag than higher end brands. Also, Ulta often has sales on their store brand items, which is a great time to stock up and save even more cash. Ulta often runs sales where you can buy two, get two free of their store brand items.

Buxom is famous for its lip products. They offer lip gloss in two different finishes. One has shimmer and sparkly, where the other is just shiny. Whatever your preference, there is sure to be a shade that you will adore. These lip products are sheer but do have very light color. They work well alone or as a top coat over other lip products.
Amanda ZylstraPublished 7 years ago in LongevityMost Toxic Makeup Ingredients
The FDA was created to remove toxic makeup and food ingredients from store shelves after the uproar caused by Upton Sinclair's The Jungle. Despite the many tests run by the Food and Drug Administration, many toxic makeup ingredients still end up being used in common beauty products.

Amanda ZylstraPublished 7 years ago in Longevity'Black Insomnia' - How Much Is Too Much Caffeine?
According to the National Coffee Association's online survey in 2013, 83 percent of adults in the United States consume coffee. That boils down to roughly three cups per person per day - a staggering 587 million cups. The Mayo Clinic doesn't recommend more than 400 milligrams of caffeine daily, which is the same as four cups of brewed coffee, 10 cans of cola or two "energy shot" drinks. A fatal dose of caffeine can be as much as 10 grams, or roughly the weight of a #2 pencil, which could be found in some 4.7 gallons of coffee.

Anthony GramugliaPublished 7 years ago in LongevityThe Best Mobile Applications for Massages
Everybody loves a good massage. It is an excellent way to relax, feel great, and let your worries dissolve away as your body gets to let go of some of the tension and stress that makes it both tighten up and lose its limber. In this day and age, it is now easier than ever to have the ability to make a massage appointment without leaving your house or apartment. There are a couple of mobile applications out there on the market that are designed to help you set up a massage appointment with real massage experts who are either actual employees of the company or independent massage therapists.
