Spell to Banish Psychic Vampires

Energy vampires, in this instance, are people who drain your emotional, psychic and yes, even your physical energy; the feed on your willingness to listen to and care for them, but leave you exhausted and overwhelmed.

This article is aimed at more advanced and experienced practitioners who have already already identified and attempted to respond to toxic behaviour: establishing boundaries, Grey Rock-ing them, not giving them an inch and not showing any sort of emotion. It is possible to visualise shields and protection around your being, but that expends precious energy if you do that constantly; it leaves you with no resources to invest in personal advancement - your energy consequently stagnates and you will feel stuck and static. Shielding is something one does in-the-moment, when one is immediately under attack; it is not supposed to be a long-term solution.

There comes a point where one has no choice but to cut the individual out of your life entirely. It is understandable why one would feel that is very dramatic, but sometimes, it is simply a matter of self-preservation. It took me a very long time to learn that my own wellbeing takes precedence over other people's feelings.

The bottom line is that you are not the villain for recognising malevolent behaviour and for attempting to eradicate it. Your health and overall wellbeing comes first.

No-one deserves to be mistreated or used and if this has happened to you, please know that is was not your fault.

Some people refuse to take responsibility for their actions; they'd rather project their own insecurities on what they perceive to be a soft target. Their lack of emotional maturity is not your problem. I am assuming that you have tried all reasonable measures to call the culprit out. Now it's time to don your witchy boots and kick some esoteric arse...

What you need

Two white candles

Incense (Frankincense is ideal)

Citronella essential oil (three drops in a carrier oil such as almond or grapeseed oil)

Best time for ritual

Tuesdays on a waning or dark moon.

Method

Dab finger in the oil, anoint candles from the centre, spreading from middle to top, and then middle to bottom. As you do this, say:

"I ward off any and all negativity in my home, work, and everyday life. No evil or negativity shall enter here."

After you have done this, picture a white light hovering over the locations infested by the psychic vampire(s). Light the candles and incense (a Frankincense joss stick will do fine.)

When you are ready, say these words:

"Psychic vampires who lurk in the night.

The same who try to destroy my life

Destroy no more of what I've achieved

Destroy no more of what I've received.

Negativity is not welcome

Evil is not welcome

In me, around me, or around those I love. So mote it be."

Continue to envisage the white light where it is necessary and let the candles and incense extinguish themselves.

I did this spell about twenty years ago - it worked. The one who was leeching off my energy became lethargic and ill. This was not a curse - I did not set out to harm this individual. It was simply a result of their own negativity bouncing off me and smacking them square in the face. It was very gratifying and I felt absolutely no guilt or pity.
