Relax and Enjoy the Necessity of Life

Let’s look at what way could we improve our overall images and continue or start to treat yourself to the hottest new vogues in the world of spa-ing to take it easy during some very stressful times we are seeing in this pandemic. While we have some extra time, we can peek at the some of the top spa crazes in 2020 and see what is going to be the hottest treatments for all skin types.

Now, salt is one of the most important ingredients in your spa time. You can enjoy many different ways to use salt in your spa day. There are salt rooms, salt beds and I am sure you all have seen the salt rocks. I have one in my office. Now days, the spa is probably using salt stones in their stone massages. Salt therapy, aka as Halotherapy has been around for centuries and has been known to cure respiratory issues. It is based on the negative ions in salt that help to ease breathing. It also is a great way to detoxify. There is a saying that the concentration of particles in a spa salt room is so strong, sitting in one for just 45 minutes is equivalent to spending three days at the seaside.

Cryotherapy is another must try while you are on vacation and you see that spa menu at the resort. Cryotherapy is used a lot for sports recovery. It is basically you are subjecting yourself to temperatures 150-300 below zero. This treatment is great for removing toxins, reducing pain and swelling, rejuvenating cells and reducing cellulite and fat. More and more we see this type of treatment in place of the more invasive treatments.

Simulated Actuality is a very relaxing method of cleansing your mental status. You can slip on the Oculus VR glasses and take your spa treatment to the next level. You can be lying on the beach in Bora Bora or taking a boat ride down the river of Italy. You can sure make yourself a relaxing guided medication during this spa treatment. It is a very comforting relaxing technology that we are seeing in spas more and more. This type of spa service is only helping to enhance your overall experience and make the sessions even greater.

Now, let us talk about an upcoming and growing treatment that everyone is asking about. The CBD oils that are now trending in spas all over the world. The newfound CBD is a very nice calming treatment that you can get in a spa and it will help you with your chronic pain, sleep difficulty and overall calming. This is something that can be utilized during your massage. You can have a CBD massage that will relax you and help you focus on your breathing and calm you. No don’t worry about it getting you high or anything that is related to hallucinogens. This is only going to give you benefits from the hemp oil that will help in calming and pain. You can enjoy it as an edible, drink it in your tea or juice or let your therapist use it during your massage. You can just lay there and relax and enjoy the most amazing massage ever.

Now any way you can think of enjoying your day at the spa, always take a good look at their menu and ask lots of questions. Thinking of the whole body and how you want to feel when you are done with your spa day. Where do you want to feel good? Where do you feel pain or discomfort? You need to let your therapist know all of these so they can give you the best spa treatment of your life and you can walk away from the spa feeling divine and extremely relaxed.
