The organizers of Tuff Mudder claim that only 78 percent of the contestants are able to successfully complete every course. During this, they undergo a rigorous mental, physical and emotional examination.

As a Tough Mudder, contestants need to overcome all kinds of fears. They also have to take an oath that they will live in a competitive spirit with other colleagues and will help them in completing the course.

According to the organizers of Tough Mudder, this is not a race. However, the world's tuff mudder competition is also held for athletes in which selected tuff muders complete the course with each other.

It usually takes more than three hours for a muder to complete the course. However, according to the number of members in the team and their fitness, this time can be up to two to four hours.

There is a different age limit for the citizens of every country participating in the Tough Mudder Competition. Must be at least 18 years of age in USA, England or Australia. As such, there is no last age limit to join the competition. 'Youth' above 75 years can also take part in it.

Every Tough Mudder Course has to face 10 to 12 miles of hills, marshes, water, ropes, walls, electric shocks and fire. And to overcome these obstacles, special type of training is given.

Every game is not a sport, but every sport is a game. We need to learn from all kinds of games. We should encourage teenagers to play games and to participate in sports. Participation is must. It doesn't matter who wins, what matters is who participates and gives his best. Giving our best is the real game. Never let yourself is the best strategy to win any game. Always remember we learn from our mistakes. And mistakes are the proof that we are trying. But, a mistake made twice is a habit. Do mistakes, learn from them, but don't repeat otherwise they will become habits.
