Does PiYo Works

Maybe for some but not for everyone. Since it's a combination of yoga and pilates in one, it seems to be more like stretching for me. Since it's a low intense type of exercise, it will not do much for your body. Although it's good preparation for other routines since it's like just doing a lot of stretching and posing that cannot make too much of a difference. It felt like more of a warm-up than a total body workout for me.
