Before we begin, make sure you are in an open area with plenty of space. Enough space to take about 10-15 steps. Try to find an area away from distractions. You should be wearing comfortable clothing which allows movement. Take a few minutes to prepare yourself and when you are ready, begin.

Clear your mind while becoming aware of your breathing. Notice the breath as you inhale and exhale and how it feels moving through your body. Observe how your muscles feel. While you are observing them, try to relax each muscle completely. Slowly, begin walking, paying attention to the way the muscles change as you move, as your foot connects with the earth. Feel the sunshine beaming down upon your skin. Feel the way it spreads over your body as you walk , as if the sunlight is raining on you. As the heat of the sun starts to change your body temperature, focus on the warmth. Feel it journey through your body. Take a deep breath in as though you are breathing in the light, and breathing it back out again. Feel the sunlight, now within you. Continue walking and look around. Take cognizance of how your body is feeling...your arms, your torso, your shoulders. Relax your shoulders and your neck muscles. Focus on what you see and notice the uniqueness of every living thing, and how everything has its own individual energy. Now, focus on your energy. Feel your energy become synchronized with the energy of the earth. Feel the breeze, and let the breeze guide you. As you breathe, match your breathing with the rhythm of the universe. In and out...in and out. Continue walking slowly, just like the sun rises slowly into the sky. Focus on what you can hear. Listen to what the sounds are saying to you.

Clear your mind completely and focus only on the sounds. After you take your next step, pause for a moment. Stretch out your arms to the sky. Feel the universe with your fingertips. Breathe in and focus again on your steps. Focus on how you are grounded with the earth, and how your arms are outstretched into the celestial sphere. Completely clear your mind of any thoughts or daily worries, and only focus on how your body feels and what you see, and what you hear. Take a deep breath and let everything else go. Continue walking, and observe your strides. Be mindful of them while inhaling into any discomfort you may have. Breathe into the discomfort, and breathe out, releasing it... concentrate on your breaths, and on the changing sounds. Notice the reforming way the sun and breeze are touching you.

Feel the force of the gravity pulling against you as you move. Enjoy the movement of every part of your body from your feet, your legs, your hips, your torso, your lungs, your arms, your shoulders, your neck and your head. Be conscious with what you are feeling in the moment. Deep breaths, in...and out. Pause for a moment, and imagine that you are the only being in existence right now. No distractions, no worries, just breathe and focus on clearing your mind completely. If you would like, you may begin moving slowly, or even sit down if you feel called to do so. Whichever your body is craving at this moment.

Now, focus on the silence. Drown out all of the other noises, and just be silent. As silent as the full moon at midnight. Take a few moments and just enjoy the silence. While you are in the silence, you can take this time to pray if you would like. Pray for whatever is on your mind, pray for healing, patience, and for peace within you.

As the meditation comes to an end, begin to feel your body once again. Inhale the sunshine, and then let it all out once again, leaving it back in the sky from where you found it. Remember the feeling that you have right now, keeping it with you for the rest of the day. When you feel your mind getting cluttered or distracted, remember to breathe, close your eyes, and bring yourself back to this moment of peace.
