We all want things out of life that may not seem easy to come by – from the perfect relationship to the dream home and car, and even the job we wished for all of our lives. What many people don’t realize is that you can get the things you want if you know how to manifest them into your life. If you have wants, this meditation will guide you on the path to visualizing those things coming to fruition and teaching you how to bring them into your life by thinking about them and knowing you have them.

Find yourself a comfortable place to sit, where you can enjoy the silence and not be interrupted by the outside world. Slowly close your eyes and begin to relax, focusing on your breathing as you breathe in and out at a normal pace. Feel how your chest rises and your tummy fills with air with each breath in, and how they sink back down when you let that air out. Now, take a deep breath in and hold it for a moment, then swoosh it out quickly, letting all of the staleness inside go back into the world. On your next deep breath in, think of it as positivity washing over you from the inside out; your breath out is the negativity being pushed away.

Return to your normal breathing, now focusing on my voice. When was the last time you made a wish? Did it come true? If it did, why did it? If it didn’t, what do you think went wrong? Wishes, in order to come true, need more than just thought – you need to plant the seeds of success in your mind where it will motivate you to move toward your goals.

Think of one of the things that you really want in life, right now, that you don’t have yet. First, put that thought out of your mind – the one about not having it. Instead, replace that thought with the idea that you already have just what it is that you’re dreaming of. Picture yourself celebrating that success. See yourself making that dream come true. You’re behind the wheel of your dream car. You are marrying the man of your dreams. You got the job you’ve always wanted. See the thing you wish for and know that it is yours.

You’ll want to remember this vision after the meditation is over, as this visualization will be important to come back to regularly as you work on manifesting the things you want in life. It doesn’t matter if it’s physical, material, or related to having someone special in your life – you can make your dreams come true if you believe it is possible. The more we believe in an outcome, the more we do things that move us toward that success.

Breathe in the feelings of joy, happiness, love, and success, and breathe out the fear and doubt that you have about achieving these things.

Breathe in your hope and dreams, and breathe out the wishes that will move out into the universe to bring them to fruition.

Hold this positivity within your heart, feel it in your mind and in your hands, see it as a tangible object that you can hold onto. Look into your hands and watch this vision, whether you see it as an object, light, or something else, morph into those fulfilled dreams. You hold the power of success in your hands.

Dwell on that thought as long as you need to.

When you are ready, slowly open your eyes and come back into the present, but always keep in mind what you learned within the meditation on how to manifest the dreams you’ve always thought wouldn’t come true. They’re yours to create and manifest.
