    Good, informative article. I have been surrounded by people with Diabetes much of my life, and have acquired a bit of knowledge on it. I have seen the beneficial impacts of, and also the devastating effects of dietary and lifestyle choices. This is one of the few diseases that so much is known about and people have so much control over by making lifestyle choices .ank you for sharing the awareness. :)
