Hello beautiful people,

Today I'm sharing with you glimpse of how I choose to eat every morning. It has been a little over a month that I have adopted the Liver Rescue Morning into my daily routine. Keep reading below to learn about what the Liver Rescue Morning is and how it can benefit you.

The Liver Rescue Morning helps support the normal cleansing functions of the liver. It gives your liver an advantage by jumpstarting the detox process. Every night when you go to bed your liver gets a rest, and then, in the early morning it begins to work on cleansing out toxins and waste. By the time you wake up, your liver has discarded the toxins and waste into your bloodstream. At this point, it is imperative that you flush them out through hydration. If you do not clean your dirty blood before consuming heavy foods or caffeine, your liver is forced to reabsorb the waste and focus its attention to producing bile to digest the fats and performing its other daily functions. Now, the real question is if you want to see your body begin to heal. If that's you and your willing to make some changes--let's get started.

Before we begin, I want you to reaffirm your premise behind adopting the Liver Rescue Morning into your daily routine:"In order for healing in my body to occur, I must stop interrupting my livers detox process.

What is the Liver Rescue Morning?

All you need to do is follow these two guidelines:

- Hydrate well, especially first thing in the morning

-Don't consume radical fats before lunchtime

It is as simple as that. Accomplishing these two points every morning have a powerful effect on your body. You will begin to witness your illnesses and symptoms caused by the poisons that once filled your liver disappear.

If you want to supercharge your Liver Rescue Morning, you must start shedding the belief systems about food that we've been taught our whole lives and start considering what your liver truly needs to perform at its best.

What do we need to look out for?

- Foods high in protein (Almost all high-protein sources are also high in fat which stops your livers detox process. So, skip the eggs, nut-butter smoothies, and avocado toast, and yogurt in the morning and save them for later in the day)

Remember: High-protein foods have a calorie source, and that source is fat.

-Avoid caffeine and processed foods

What we need to aim for?

A morning focused on hydration, mineral salts, and glucose-rich fruits and water-rich vegetables deliver the proper nutrients needed to fuel your body.

Note: Fruits and veggies contain the amino acids and protein that we need; 'in fact, the best, most bioavailable and assimilable protein in the world comes from leafy greens'.

The Liver Rescue Morning is foundational in your healing journey. I encourage you to make this mini-cleanse a constant in your life; but you can add it into your morning whenever your liver needs some extra help.

What Dr. Anthony (creator of Liver Rescue Morning) Recommends every morning:

- Upon Waking: 16 oz. of lemon or lime water

- Morning (15-30 minutes after the lemon water): 16 oz. Celery juice (pure, nothing added--no water, just organic celery) or aloe water

- Morning (15-30 minutes after celery juice): Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie

Note: Waiting 15-30 minutes between consuming maximizes your results.

The best part of eating this way: you don't need to limit your portions. You can eat to your hearts content. This has been especially amazing for me because not only do I not feel guilty anymore about eating lots of fruit, but I also feel better and look better. Why?
