It sometimes proves better to involve deeply in understanding others' experiences about their still and calm behavior with all of their promises and pitfalls. It may cause a person to become transfixed with analysis of consciousness, devoid of religious affiliation. Maybe their experiences help us to keep in a still state. They may volunteer the people with the proper ways to make the inner peace. So, it is worth learning from others' life experiences because these can help us to guide us to be in a still state and peaceful mind. Other experienced people have already surpassed the torturing moments, and their experiences to cope with scorching moments teach them how to make themselves calm and still in these situations.

The unfolding of the universe's divine destiny is made possible by the Power of the Present, which also demonstrates the process of spiritual awakening. A person must benefit since a calm mind in its current form is truly relieving.

The evolution of consciousness throughout a process of spiritual awakening demonstrates the strength of the inner state at the moment. However, this does not imply that a person is always completely at peace. But occasionally this unending peace of mind is experienced moment by moment.

If a person is a conduit for the power of consciousness, which loves to create; just let it out.

Look to the present if you want to experience life's flow consciously. It is not always simple, but if we hope to feel more peaceful, let go of the need to turn to resistance as much as we can. Because one day at a time, life will start to become richer in its transitory nature. It is therefore necessary to recognize that you are in the present moment or to identify someone who is observing life's events objectively and without becoming consumed by them, to live in the present moment with the power of consciousness.

Fear of loss is also an unsatisfactory element that usually makes a person restless and a person always feels unpeaceful from the inner. Because

when a person identifies with a portion of the content with something outside themselves and believes that if he or she loses it, then they lose a piece of who they are, and thus they have fear of loss. It shows that when they tell themselves that they wouldn't exist without this or that.

Fear can cause us to lose sight of the world around us, making us believe that we are beneath the pleasures of life or that we are inferior. And while we can combat fear with even more fear, the only way to start letting go of it and coming to terms with its origins is through examination of the fear itself. We are not the sum of our possessions, occupations, or unspoken fears, despite what we may have been taught by society. We share the same inherent dignity and unalienable rights with every member of our earthly family, which makes us much more significant on a soul level.

When we just allow what already exists to be, without resistance or fear, or, if these feelings arise, by witnessing them from a loving place of quiet from which peace can flow, this is one of the deepest forms of pacification. Although there is stillness everywhere, our brains are mostly preoccupied with the outcomes of events.

You'll start to come out of unconsciousness and start to gain greater enlightenment when you realize that the outside world cannot provide you happiness and when you recognize that all forms you come into contact with are transient. You can only feel life flowing when you are in the moment. Giving up is letting go of all control and accepting the present moment as it is. Any opposition to what is now being released.

So, the world's nature tries to educate us that when we realize everything is transient and that it is unable to provide us happiness or tranquility, we start to move from external unconsciousness to a more enlightened state of being. And the present is the best place to start. Because life is a holistic process with enormous complexity, being here now marks the start of a route that will eventually lead to a life that is more tranquil, conscious, and alive.
