The one powerful truth sweeping the world

Truth hidden in nature. Pictured is a wooden log, referencing a point of awareness.

First Things First

The world is not at is seems at all. Nothing rests it's all at play. Constantly dancing on a microscopical level. Vibrating and oscillating energy that creates waves and fields moving at femtoseconds. The question is do we understand the nature of this human experience? We are at the dawn of understanding things as they are. The truth of it all. What better time to be alive than now?

You see? I am not writing of complicated terms in fact the simplest things we as humans experience are usually the most fulfilling. When an audience views a subject from a complex perception they'll over complicate any subject no matter how simple.

Your Not Your Body

What am I writing about and why should you care? Well as you read this your extremely complex machine (your body) has trillions of processes happening all at once without you consciously making it do so. Heart beating nicely along, breathing in and out, reading, taking in noises surrounding you, noticing any smells and so on. My point is the your machine your body is your tool to experience being human. Other names could be your vessel, temple, vehicle and so on. I believe we are only in the beginning of understanding this machine and maybe we will never truly understand it's complexities, however what are we if we are experiencing the machine?

Sweeping Truth

We are the infinite awareness or eternal consciousness that is of spiritual essence. Now before you start to have stop yourself from making sense of this or dismissing this try closing your eyes and taking in a few slow breaths in and out. Now say to yourself "I am" without putting any label on yourself just "I am". Do you notice that you are aware, that is your simple essence from which you can experience. Also in this internal aether is a canvas for imagination for you to create anything. For any creation you see in the physical world originated from subtle energy of the imagination.

How can you traverse from having attention on your immediate human animal experience to that of infinite awareness and unlimited creation? By stopping and recognising that who you really are is of awareness that "I am" has no permanent additions to that title only temporary ones. This is a very simple truth that is changing the world.

This truth is changing the world in such a way when people realise they can only truly change the world when you change yourself and go within. When this happens a paradoxical effect occurs. For a plant to grow successfully it has to get dirty, wind blown and wet. Through this adversity it will grow resilient, strong and tall. Naturally the by product of true positive inner growth is flowers. Flowers representing physical representations mirroring what is happened within.

Cherish The Moment

Everything beyond our point of awareness is temporary. This is the next wonderful world changing realization because you then are confronted with immense gratitude. The present moment is where you awareness needs to be. Gratitude is really about acknowledging that there is a need to appreciate all experiences in life. And the constant ocean of motion that is the "physical world" is responding to this level of appreciation and awareness. At all times, without taking a break it is listening, responding, guiding us if you can truly see it for yourself.

Support Yourself, Support The World

Put yourself first, when many people do this all at once it is like a field of flowers blossoming. Your in the drivers seat, the seat of awareness. Your the one choosing thoughts to think, disciplining your machine. When I say put yourself first I don't mean "be selfish" I mean do what you need to do to be at your optimum, then your value will exceed anything prior to having neglected yourself and your machine. Therefore acknowledging your awareness often and then using awareness to honour your machine is now your duty.

Interesting enough you cannot decide your future but you can decide your habits and your habits decide your future. Without awareness of self this area of habit controls ones life. Meditation is the common and reliable tool to separating self from body and remembering the true state of being.

How to Meditate

Many of us can achieve amazing things through meditation. But first we must establish a why. Having a solid why is crucially important. Often times without a solid reason as to why we will not begin or continue.

Now with your solid why establish a time that suits you best such as morning after you have woken up or when retiring for the day before bed. Pick the time that is most suitable for you may even prefer to meditate morning and night.

Now with a reason and time, get your phone and go to reminders add into the phone a reminder for the time you wish to meditate and type for example: 15 minute meditation. Make sure this reminder repeats daily at the exact time you have set aside to meditate.

When it’s time to meditate at your designated time, go to the clock in the phone and set a countdown timer for the time you are meditating for. I wouldn’t go any less than 10 minutes. You can use meditation apps that do this such as headspace.

Now you can play some mediation audio tracks from YouTube, podcasts, music app, meditation apps or whatever you choose. Low to medium volume is recommended.

Audio isn’t essential if you feel like meditating without it do so. Sleep meditation audio track are powerful for reprogramming the subconscious which controls over 90% of our life. So listen to sleep audio tracks specifically for this purpose.

When it’s time to meditate now sitting in the meditation position either laying on back or sitting with legs crossed. You can start/finish with some yoga to release tension. You can also use Mudras (hand positions).

Now the fun begins, at first when you begin to meditate you may find that there is difficulty staying in the moment and this is due to the fact in the beginning you are gaining control of the unconscious mind (the body computer complex) this is the most difficult part that most people fail to understand and thus stop meditating.

Now the idea is to sit there without moving and allow the monkey brain to think away whilst you as the conscious awareness observe and stay present in the moment while focussing on your breath. This seems simple and it is but can be extremely challenging in the beginning.

It’s completely okay if you find yourself recentering into the present moment. Sometimes when I’m meditating I find that I start drifting out of the present moment and then go to get up before finishing. The point here is to repetitively what I call recentering yourself. This is when we start to become the master of our own mind-body complex as the conscious observer.

There is some specific affirmations which you can use in a meditation. When the monkey brain is thinking random thoughts you can say to yourself: “I allow and encourage any thoughts to drift through my conscious mind as they give me insights to the state of my subconscious mind”. This affirmation is powerful, it helps during a meditation to calm the mind down and allow those subconscious thoughts be processed as they should without judgement or attachment. Use these thoughts to indicate the actions needed to provide for you.

When meditating clearly say mentally or aloud 3-4 affirmations that are specifically for you. For example if you have imbalanced root chakra, you could have the affirmation. “I’m stable, I’m secure, I’m exactly where I need to be”. Add another two affirmations that resonate with you. Over time you can say this in any situation you find yourself in to assert awareness that everything is as it should be.

These affirmations are great as well:

“I am happy and grateful for this human experience”.

“I am divinely guided and protected”.

Another affirmation you can use when you feel that you have been meditating for a while and feel like getting up and finishing it before the timer has gone off is to say:

“Everything is happening in divine timing and I surrender to this, time is relative to my human experience”.

Often times when we say this to ourselves the meditation will end straight after you said this, because you allowed it to do so.

Repeat your meditation for 33 days without stopping once and this will become a part of your daily routine as it has been programmed into subconscious after this period of time. Once these 33 days you’ll notice that if you skip a meditation you’ll feel a dramatic difference to your well-being and meditation will likely be a part of your life for the rest of your life due to the amazing benefits.

Meditation doesn't have to be the same every time do what works for you and mixing things ups regularly is a great idea. Walking meditation through a forest, on a beach etc. Movement meditation, visualisation meditation, shared meditation (with a partner or group) are just some ideas for meditation and I encourage you to experiment. And you may at times want to follow your intuition and meditate sometimes more than you usually would and this is encouraged.

I personally have used meditation to overcome serious mental and physical health issues and this has allowed me to move into a greater version of myself which I am extremely grateful for. It is something I am passionate about. Begin trying it today, and thanks for reading I hope your learnt something valuable from this.
