I’m here to show you hope and love which is deep inside us. Things have changed, we are struggling now because of unsettling times. We may think what’s next. We are diverting our minds far away in the future. Instead of this, I would like to share with you beautiful ways to fill your soul with power and faith.

These days when you receive a lot of negative information from social media and other news websites, I recommend you, to switch it off for now. Just let yourself to become present at this particular moment, to feel the connection with your body and your soul.

Things that I will be sharing with you today are routines that are powerful to follow. I will give you examples, but the main process starts when you set your power individually.

STEP 1 - Body routine

Imagine that your body is a temple. You see it and wonder how beautiful it is. But while stepping inside you see that it’s neglected and abandoned. Think about your body the same, permit it to be beautiful in and out.

#1 – Eat healthy and rich foods

We all have our best recipes. Maybe you would like to try something new? That’s the time to do it. Try to avoid junk and processed food. Nowadays, when you have lots of time to cook, feed your body with healthy and rich foods. Focus on vegetables and fruits and remember about vitamins.

#2 – Workout

The Workout is a beautiful way to give your body a treat. Write down your goals and think about what would you like to change in your body. Decide which part of a day is the best for you to do it. A morning workout can fill you with lots of energy and motivation for a day, while exercises in the evening can be a good sleeping stimulation. We have a lot of varieties that are available for free. YouTube videos are offering every kind of workout from yoga to dancing.

#3 – Do yoga

I know that this is the part of a workout, but I needed to give it a separate place. This workout has started to be very popular. I’m not surprised because it’s the best combination of body, mind and soul exercise. The tension inside our bodies may arise because of the negative thoughts that we are going through every day. Permit yourself to release these bad emotions.

#4 – Take rest

The quarantine time is also a good opportunity to take a rest. In our hustling world where we are running and follow things that we want to achieve – we forget about the relaxation. Don’t feel bad if you feel like you want to lay down and relax, it’s your time.

STEP 2 – Mind and wisdom routine

We learn every day, we grow and become more mature. Even if you think that you spent your day procrastinating – you still learn something.

#1 – Meditate

Sit down in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Breath deeply and let yourself to go inside your soul. Become a watcher of your thoughts and let them go through. Don’t think about them, just let them disappear.

#2 – Study

The best way for knowledge boosting is experiences and practices. Now, when we are not able to use these that much – sit down and think about things that you want to learn. It can be a new language, sketching or painting. A lot of people are offering live stream training through you can get information, pieces of advice and skills for free.

#3 – Read

Books are a beautiful and mindful way to get to know something new. Maybe you still have books covered with dust which are still waiting for your attention. Use this extra time to finally read them.

#4 – Journal

There is no better way to share your thoughts with. You are your best friend who wants only good things happen to you. Open your favorite notebook, grab a pen and write down anything that is coming to your mind. Just let it go.

STEP 3 – Beauty routine

This step is the last one, but it doesn’t make it less important. As a temple which you truly are, take care of your art with a gentle and delicate touch.

#1 – Prepare home SPA

This part is a state of mind. You don’t need expensive and luxurious cosmetics to feel like a god or goddess. Find your favorite, best smelling products that are converting your mind to another dimension. Bath yourself with lots of candles and scented and aromatic tea.

#2 – Take care of your skincare

Your skin is the mirror of your condition. If you feed yourself with toxic and unhealthy food, you may see it on your face. Healthy eating and tons of water are the basics of glowing and radiant skin. Except that, focus on cosmetics that you apply on your skin. Look if they aren’t too harsh or damageable to you. I think that minimalism is the key when it comes to a skincare routine.

#3 – Talk about yourself as you’re the best thing ever

Beauty routine is not only about good products and consistency. The main thing is inside us, the power, the energy which vibrates and lets us become the best version of ourselves. We all make this mistake. Stop being rude to yourself, don’t call yourself unattractive or overweight. Talk to yourself gently and beautifully and take this glowing beauty out.
