Start by eating five or more times a day instead of the usual three. This will keep your metabolism up and at the same time stop you from noticing that you're eating less. Also, you won't feel hungry all the time.

If you can stand chili, you should eat some every day. Chili speeds up your metabolism by up to 25% and can be fabulous to help with weight loss.

As part of your overall health, you should always have a multivitamin supplement. Your body desperately needs those vitamins and minerals to function properly. There's no getting away from exercise. Exercise is not just for those who want to lose weight. Everyone needs to exercise on a regular (preferably daily) basis. But exercise does not just mean going to the gym. Exercise is anything that puts your biggest muscles to good use and causes your heart rate to rise.

Walking around the neighborhood listening to music or motivational material is one of my favorites. Playing with the kids in the park is another. If you can go to the gym, then do. Gym three times a week for an hour if you don't want to go every day. Find a sport you might want to play. That's a great way of keeping fit without even noticing it.
