Do you want to lose extra weight and keep it off? I will share with you some advise that I have gained in my years of loosing weight. I have lost over 200 lbs following this advise. First this might seem common sense but my first advise is drink lots of water. Make sure you are hydrating your body. The human body is 70% is H2O which is simply water. In order to maintain equilibrium and balance of bodily function the body must be 70% H2O water. Water is good for you for many reasons, first it keeps body moving and running as it should. Second it cleans your body from toxins, bacteria and other impurities that have entered the body from food consumption or breathing unhealthy products in the air like carbon dioxide. Think of water as the cheapest medicine that your body needs and requires for functioning well.

The second and time tested advise is to exercise. Many people put off exercise and expect to have a healthy body. It is not going to happen without exercise. You must at least exercise 20 minutes every single day. Also you must do exercises that will make you sweat and increase your heart rate. When you exercise you have to drink lots of water which is going to help you in your exercise routine. Make sure to do fun exercises like cycling, swimming, jogging, walking, running, and playing your favourite sports. Stick to a variety of exercises each week. I would encourage everybody to get a membership at your local fitness club but if you cant because of other priorities invest in a treadmill if you cannot get a gym member ship.

My third advise to lose weight and keep it off is to eat healthy. Eat lots and lots of fruits and vegetables. This is common sense but its absolutely true. What you feed your body can make or break you. Stay away from processed foods and fatty food. These type of food will do more damage to your body than benefit your body. What you can eat instead like I said before is fruits and vegetables. If you must eat meats eat seafood like fish specially salmon and shrimp. It is also not good to cut other meats off your diet altogether because they are packed with protein which the body needs, so eat a portioned lean chicken and beef once in a week or twice a week. When you do this you will notice your body becoming lean, healthy and full of energy.

My fourth advise for you when you are on a path to losing wight is you should also stay away from Soda drinks like coke, pepsi and drinks of that sort. These type of drinks are basically sugar and water in a mixture. So what you can drink instead is almond milk, coconut milk, vitamin water, water, or fruit and vegetable smoothies. Also minimize or cut alcoholic beverages from you diet because they are more harmful than good.

My fifth advise is to pray or do mindful meditation. Think deeply about everything, This will help you in having a clean heart, mind, body and spirit. When you do yoga meditation 10 minutes everyday and just do lots of reflection, deep breathing and clear your mind from distractions such as the news, the kids, and all the other distractions, you will feel more motivated to do your 20 minute rigorous exercises. Yoga is a real stress reliever even for 10 minutes a day and it can open your mind for the days ahead and the work ahead.

I hope you benefit from these tips and I hope you will consider them when losing weight or trying to keep your ideal weight.

Peace! Stay Healthy! Stay Blessed! Stay Informed!
