This may seem ridiculous to write about. Like there’s been so many self motivated books and blogs on this particular topic. Many have answered on how to relax, manage stress, and be calm. But this particular article is going to view on how to maintain that state. There’s been so many people that I have seen in social media, and in my daily life that starts to find ways to relax. But after a few days or months, they fall back to continuing stresses that they thought they got under control. Maybe they have recently fallen on hard times or many it was a particular relationship that didn’t end so well. Whatever the case may be, there are ways to not let stress or hardships crawl back. There are ways that the same methods you have heard, and done before to ease your tensions, can still be used to continue your recovery. Here are the following steps you can follow to maintain relaxation, even in stressful situations.

You’re at work either on a nine to five job, or it’s entertaining others through social media. You either like the job because you're passionate about it, or you just like the earning you receive as a reward for your efforts. In both instances, there are times you feel like you’re doing so much it drains your mind. A bad service or customer made you feel upset or mad, or the day didn’t turn out the way you thought it was going to be. One way to drift away from just nuisance is to take a short break. A break is just resting, but it helps get your mind clear of the situation. In 10 minutes or else, you can get a drink, or stretch to unleash that numb feeling you get when the pressure goes on to you. Furthermore, it helps get over just a small issue, so you can look back on what happened and make sure you can find an easy way to help make your job easier to go through. So a small break can make sure you can get some free time and you can remember to not get into a similar position later on. A drink of water or an energy drink, with little stretches can maintain your composure.

A job or career is one thing, yet what about education. With the current education through the pandemic, many students have to go through online meetings with their teachers and students. That being said, many students can find it difficult to use a computer or use the tools and software to do school work. They may don’t understand how the tools can be used to submit assignments, or they don’t know if their internet is poor to not let them see any incoming meetings or homework. So, the best way to help easily frustrated students with these issues is to maintain communication between students and teachers. The teachers are responsible for the help of students to adjust to this kind of education. A teacher needs to be in the supportive role as it helps students get the better understanding they need for help continue their education. All in all, support is still used in a different scenario to help prevent a difficult task to not bother one’s mind.

Outside of work and education, many have tried to exercise and diet for weight loss. They tried to exercise and diet for a few days or months, yet they dropped out of the plan and gained weight. To prevent giving up, find many different diets to use. There are diets that can be beneficial or troublesome depending on how the body reacts to each diet. As for exercising, find many different workouts that focus on different parts of the body. For example, you can set up each day focusing on arms, legs, chest, back, or abs. With different focus on particular body parts and limbs, there are plenty of workouts that makes the exercising experience much more enjoyable and engaging. To summarize, there are endless amounts of diets and workout regimen you can follow to maintain exercising. That way, when you exercise, there are new workouts you can try for a longer workout span.

In difficult struggles, many have tried to use drugs or alcohol. These have shown to cause many health issues and can lead to mental and physical issues or death at an early age. To decrease the usage of drugs or alcohol, replace these substances. If someone wants to use cigarettes, they can replace them with gum. Gum can ease one’s stress while enjoying various flavors. If someone wants to drink alcohol, they can replace it with water or energy drinks. Water can be much refreshing to drink and it helps the body to hydrate. Energy drinks like Gatorade or Powerade can help an individual also be hydrated and give carbohydrates to help for soreness in the body. In conclusion, replace harmful substances with better alternatives.

To summarize how to maintain relaxation throughout the day, these are the following steps. Take breaks if you feel under pressure or stress. Find a supporting friend or peer if you need some assistance. Learn new diets and exercising regimen to find a more engaging way for weight loss. And finally, replace drugs and alcohol with better alternatives that would not harm you in the long run.
