My passion lies in my twenty years of experience as a Wellness Practitioner. I strive to stay atop of the latest studies on longevity, health and lifestyles practices while honoring and implementing the wisdom of timeless, holistic practices. My programs are designed on supporting research, ​​​​​​getting back to basics for dynamic health, vitality, and greater sense of wellbeing. My programs are specifically designed for an individual allowing for rejuvenation, fluidity in the mind and body through proper nourishment, breath, mindfulness and movement.

Individuals are seeking personalized care and options for health and wellness programs that fit into their personal schedules. This has lead the $4.2 trillion Health & Wellness Industry to meet the demands by offering digital fitness and wellness experiences. Many of these programs are excellent tools for goal setting and logging progress, however, there is a major piece missing in many of these platforms, and that is personal contact, personal customization and personalized support.

Exploring Self

​ My approach in creating wellness programs is through observing the body as a beautiful design of endless channels and webs inner connected in communication through life-defining rhythms like breathing, the heartbeat, blood flow, lymphatic rhythm and natural movement. Body Flow™ explores your personal rhythm and develops a harmonious flow through nourishment, breath, body/energy treatments, movement, lymphatic flow and meditation.

Body Flow™ Membership focus upon:

Nutrition, Body Movement, Meditation & Breathing Techniques.

Upon enrolling in a Membership program, an individual is offered a complementary Re-Set program with a journal to establish a good foundation in the mind and body before venturing into their new lifestyle journey. This allows the opportunity for one to explore the membership, it features and how it flows.

Members will have access to a tier membership, monthly memberships, purchase a program or pay as they go for classes and courses. Members will receive Doses of Golden inspiration™ encouraging to stay connected to their healthy lifestyle path, receive newsletters and access to podcasts, e-books, courses, videos on fitness, recipes, meditation, breathing techniques, online shopping and interviews with leading experts in the Health & Wellness Industry.

Members can select from areas of interest in our Library for learning courses or subjects such as: Engaging Your Health in Nature™, Foods for Body Parts™, Daily Vibrancy Rituals™, Honoring Your Water Being Self™, Aromatherapy, Eating for Your Dosha, Foods of the Warrior™, Nourish Your Regal Self with Foods of the God™.

Body Flow™ Members also have access to specialty programs on an array of topics such as Woman's Health, Beauty Rituals, Feeding Your Skin - Beyond Collagen, Reducing the Appearance of Cellulite, Flowing with Your Lymphatic System, Natural Facelift, Supporting Good Gut Health, Creating Elixers of Life, Feed Your Chakras, just to name a few.

Members also have access to our Community allowing for connection with other likeminded individuals and seekers of health where they can share their progress, recipes, tips and discussion of topics presented in information sources such as new-letters and podcasts and align with others taking the same programs.

Personalized programs begin an intake forms, food log capturing your food trends, intake for nutritional assessment, anthropometric body composition, waist hip ratio, BMI, BMR, Lean Body Mass and Telehealth an online video consultation. Personalized programs will have access to customized supplements and herbs available for auto-ship.

Nourish for your personal body type is the foundation in which all else is built. Nutritional programs are customized for your goals and unique needs. Programs change with the progress of the individual, one-one coaching, support, menu and recipes.

Body Movement Discover different methods for creating relaxation, balance, strength & movement in the body. Offering individual classes or 30 day programs of Pure Barre, Yoga, self-massage for example. Additional programs are completely unique and designed specifically for the person and not offered elsewhere.

Breathe Discover going with the flow of your breath while exploring different techniques to support the body and explore it on new levels through intentional breathing techniques. Members can join group breathing programs or learn the skills through course work, or engage on a one on one pre-recorded on live breathing session.

Meditation Explore the movement of the mind through stillness or experience guided meditations that will take you to another place, widen your understanding of self while deepening your connection with your consciousness and body. Members have access to group classes and discussions, customized meditations for their goals, live stream classes and a library of meditations they can explore on their own.

Every person is unique in everyway. We have our ideas of how we like things to be done or how we enjoy our coffee or tea.
