For the clumsy ones:achieve physical healing through focus meditation

Aid your body to heal faster!

I am a very clumsy person that is always getting scratches, bruises and injuries in general!

I have to admit that we are truly lucky that our bodies are wonderful self-healing “machines”. The way simple bruises get patched up within days is mind-blowing! It turns out that some bruises heal faster than others and it depends pretty much on your internal enviroment, which includes your microbiome! Sometimes this healing process doesn’t occur quickly enough, and injuries get infected, which brings up a lot of other issues.

So, wouldn’t it be awesome to give your body and cells the energy they need for quick physical healing? This easy meditation looks to achieve just that! The power of meditation is manifested in various forms and physical healing can definitely benefit from it as well.

It is the access to free energy, that which creates worlds, that allows us to bring anything we intend to existence, even physical healing! Reiki is a spiritual healing which involves the life energy that flows through all living things. This energy is harnessed and redirected towards healing! What we are doing today is sort of "free-style reiki", as we are simply implementing the idea to a simple meditation!

To begin, enter a meditative state, whether it is through breath work or your preferred method. I take conscious deep breaths to achieve this state of mind.

Then, with a clear mind, consciously bring-in free energy from the universe through the top of your head. Then, imagine energy coming in from the center of the earth through the bottom of your feet. Visualize this energy as you wish, perhaps a white light, and try to characterize its movement across your body. Finally, imagine these two energies meeting in your root chakra.

Focus on the resulting powerful energy from this collision. Visualize this energy moving towards the area that is physically hurt. Acknowledge how this energy conglomerate has the potential to aid your body. A strong tingling sensation will take over in that area and it will feel great!

Repeat this exercise as many times as necessary, but always make sure that you feel the energy accumulating in that area of need. To reassure your intention, you may want to say out loud:

“I’m bringing this pure energy to help my body heal. Thank you for healing my body’s physical injuries.”

or any variations that you feel comfortable shouting to the universe!

As long as your statement contains a strong feeling of gratitude, you are adding to the positive momentum that will lead to healing!

Modify this as you need and give it a try. You have nothing to lose, yet so much to gain!
