1. Get stronger

The last thing you'd like to do when you're exhausted is exercise. According to the study, however, physical activity tends to improve energy levels and has beneficial effects on both the mind and the body. That said, by launching straight into a vigorous, heart-pumping workout, do not get ahead of yourself. Begin a little. Go for a brief walk of 10 to 15 minutes and build up from there.

If you're struggling with the notorious mid-afternoon slump, a brisk walk is also good. That typically happens when you feel dizzy and sluggish after lunchtime.

Ultimately, in terms of perking yourself up with exercise, you want to progress from walking to doing exercise of moderate intensity, such as cycling or jogging, every week for two and a half hours.

2. Sleep well

Familiar with the 'sleep on it' saying? Well, when it comes to battling exhaustion, it actually rings true. Many of us don't get enough sleep during the day to survive, which is why we feel tired. The goal is to get an undisturbed sleep of at least 7 to 8 hours every night. You would need to better plan your overall schedule for the day or set yourself if you don't achieve this amount of shut-eye.

It's best to stop checking your smartphone, tablet, or laptop prior to bedtime for a good night's sleep. Not only does all this screen time delay your sleep, but it also makes it more difficult for your brain to unwind and your body to turn into sleep mode.

3. Take good supplements

Have they ever heard of cortisol? Cortisol is also known as the stress hormone, which is responsible for assessing the capacity of the body to cope with stress and exhaustion. To learn how to control your exhaustion, it is important to understand the levels of cortisol in your system. Taking a supplement such as Essence of Chicken with Vitamin B Complex + Iron is one way to normalize the cortisol levels.

Research has shown that chicken essence can lead to the normalization of levels of cortisol. It can encourage recovery from mental exhaustion and increase energy output when combined with Vitamin B Complex, iron, and Vitamin E. In short, you will become more alert and focused mentally.

4. Let's cut out caffeine and alcohol

What you're drinking will lead to fatigue. It is acceptable to take caffeinated beverages such as coffee, tea, and cola drinks in moderation. Yeah, caffeine is a stimulant that helps increase energy and alertness. But maybe the results are temporary. And your exhaustion can actually worsen until the caffeine wears off.

Caffeine is also a diuretic, which means you're likely to feel dehydrated until it wears off. And you can also lead to your fatigue by not having enough fluids in your system. Limit to no more than a cup of the number of caffeinated drinks you have in a day. Alcohol is another no-no if you're struggling against exhaustion.

5. Drink more water

The cause of fatigue, as stated, may also be due to dehydration, which reduces alertness and concentration. How is it that you can tell if you drink enough water? The color of your pee is one way of testing it. If your urine is dark yellow, it means that you don't have enough fluids. So make sure that more water is gulped down. And it's popular wisdom to drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day at least.
