What will be our wellness routine this 2020 year
Well, it is about time we all try to get back some normalcy in our life as society and most countries go back to work, school and living after 3 months of restriction and stress.
No one knows maybe will last much longer but with very different rules of behaviour than previous flow of our lives.
This is a difficult time for us all and we are in need of getting our positive mindset back and a perfect wellness routine to balance our lives again.
We have complied some fantastic tips and easy tasks to follow in our 2020 post COVID 19 wellness routine.
Exercise, Exercise, Exercise
Don’t think you have to be in the gym 5 hours per day to improve your health and happiness through exercise.
At many countries gyms are closed and many are struggling to be in their form or fit.
Many people added extra weight closed home during this hard time. So need to seek another solutions.
Just dedicate a 30-minute walk or an activity like yoga something you enjoy and also gives you a good sweat and gets your blood pumping.
This will improve not only your health but your mental health which is also important and get away from negative effect of the lockdown home which is leading to increased levels of stress and even anxiety. For sure if this situation prolongue can lead even to worse situation as depression.
Most of us forget how good it feels after a little bit of exercise and fresh air.
You will notice you feel more energetic and a boost in your positive mentality.
Try to have a routine of 4 to 5 days a week of at least 30 minutes of your chosen activities.
Bedtime Meditation Practice for Deep Sleep
By using a 10-minute meditation before you go to sleep as you concentrate on the checklist of your body and mind by checking your stress levels how each part of your body feels and allowing yourself to enjoy positive memories and moments of the day.
Any negative thoughts glide by your mind just like a cloud in the sky.
By doing this for 10 minutes before you try to sleep you will notice a deeper healthier sleep when you wake up you will feel more relaxed and refreshed.
Try to go to bed at the same time every night and aim for around 8 hours of sleep per night if possible.
By following the same routine every night your body and mind will adapt to this and the pattern will create the perfect conditions for a deeper sleep.
Feed Your Body and Soul
Nourish your brain and body with good healthy food, rest, and a balanced lifestyle. Read and do puzzles to stimulate your mind and brain as it is also a muscle you need to train and feed it well.
Do more often mind games with your close partner.
It will surprise how easy the laugh on your face can get back so easy and escape your thougths on something better.
By creating these habits they will become your every day and become easier to do and less like choirs.
Make and Take the SPA Effect
Its preferable to do it on start of the evening and its time to dedicate time for your self and your partner as well.
SPA effect can be achieved with small imagination and little effort from your side.
Use sea salt and aroma sticks or flame few aroma candles for creating real home Spa effect.
This will help you to relax you and your partner and help you to get rid from stress.
