Do you want to work out, but you are too lazy? Are you just busy? Well, I am going to give you a list of easy workouts to do in a short period of time and when you should and or can do them.

A popular one is abdominal crunches. Do 10 to 50. Next, you can do 10 to 25 sit-ups. You can do 20 push-ups. Do two reps. Take a sip or two of water between exercises. Do 15 leg raises and do two reps. Do planks on each side for 30 seconds each during commercials. When a theme song comes on, do 30 jumping jacks. Take the stairs to get in some cardio. Do 10 squats, three reps when someone uses a piece of technology in a show (only once during the show). When someone goes to sleep do 20 mountain climbers. Do high knees (getting your knees to your chest) on your bed or anywhere before bed. Do 25 of them. When you are sitting down use a weight (at least 4 pounds) to work out your arm. Before you eat breakfast, do 10 lunges. Drink water throughout the day. If you have a car, park it further from a building so you can get in some steps. Try doing five burpees a day. Do 20 reverse crunches after your show ends. When you are really bored, do 50 bicycle crunches.

If you want abs check out my post "How to Get Abs/In Shape." I also posted about how I have been eating healthy. Try to be on technology little less. Do these workouts during commercials when you wait for your show to come back on. Try to workout every day. Trying running for one whole song 'til it ends. At least you are getting some of your workout done. Try dancing. Just listen to a song—you will still burn some calories. Try to take a walk during a long phone conversation. You can even workout on your bed or couch. Try to follow some inspiring people on Instagram so you can have the courage to work out. You should follow Demi Bagby. If there is something you hate, do not do it. Try to find an app to help you work out. This will help you work out and it can track your progress. You should have at least one rest day throughout the week to keep you feeling well and it can motivate you. Try to go to the gym at least a month. Start drinking more water. Use a fitness app to keep track of your nutrition and or calories. This can help you a lot. Start cutting out more unhealthy foods. Try to do a few push-ups and a few sit-ups a day if you are not actually going to work out. Try to run a mile once a week or just try to jog one too. If you go to the park, you can use the monkey bars to do pull-ups or leg lifts. You can use the park to get fit, too. If you are on a bench, try to do some exercises I mentioned above. Get a workout DVD. They are usually really easy to do. I know they have them for Wii. Reward yourself for working out. Maybe you can start by doing this once a week then every few weeks to every few months. Walk around more often to burn some calories. Watch some youtube videos to get motivated.
