Dehydration

  • The best way to ensure a proper level of hydration is to listen to the body. It's important to be aware of any dehydration symptoms, including thirst, dry skin, fatigue, dizziness, and the color of one’s urine. For many, drinking enough water throughout the day is difficult, but an ORS has proven to be a successful everyday alternative. Populations that live in warmer climates or individuals who do physical activity will want to consider using an ORS to replace the depleted electrolytes.
